The 180 m2 residence is built on two levels, a ground floor and a first floor.
On the first level there is a living room, a kitchen and a bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The living room is spacious with an exceptional view, and has a large couch (seats 5), manufactured with ecological materials, that can be changed into a comfortable bed (0.90 x 2.40m). In addition, it has an armchair that can also be changed into a bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), a traditional black iron wood stove, TV, DVD and CD players. The kitchen, at one end of the living room, has a large dining table and chairs and is completely equipped with a big refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.
The bedroom is fully equipped with two single wooden beds (1.00 x 2.10 m. each) which can be joined into a double bed (2.00 x 2.10 m) without a gap in between by putting an extra very comfortable (2.00 x 2.10 m) mattress. Headrests, mattresses and mattress supports are chosen for their ecological materials. The bedroom also contains bedside tables, a dressing room, wardrobe, armchair, iron and ironing board, TV DVD and CD players. The bed faces the 2 m wide French windows with a view to the sea and the islands of Ithaca, Cephalonia and several smaller ones. The adjoining bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a hair dryer. The bathroom floor is marble and the wall tiles are handmade.
Descending the internal wooden staircase from the first floor to the ground floor we find a central room which has a small range, a dishwasher, a small walled refrigerator and a coffee machine. In this space there is also a separate WC and a small storage closet. On either side of this room there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has two large separate beds (1.00 X 2.10 m) which also can be joined into a double bed (2.00 x 2.10 m. The rest of the bedroom equipment is the same as on the top floor. The adjoining bathrooms are the same as the top floor bathroom but one has a tub with a Jacuzzi while the other has a shower.
The bedrooms have big French windows which lead out onto a roofed stone veranda that connects to the courtyard and swimming pool area.
The residence has its own rectangle 4 x 10m swimming pool, 0,80 to 1,6 m deep with steps. Around the pool, there is a 100 m2 lounge area with deck chairs and umbrellas. There are more outdoor lounges, BBQ and a parking space in front of the residence.
There is air conditioning in every room. However, the excellent microclimatic conditions of the region, the summer breeze and the local winds, in combination with the orientation of the house and the arrangement of the exterior openings ensure natural cooling even during hot summer days and render air conditioning unnecessary.
There is Wi-Fi Internet access in the villa.

Hi everyone, this Oktober we stayed at the villa IOS for 1 week. We were a group of 8 people- each of us can totally recomend you this place! The villa is located in the most beautiful location of Lefkada, near the great beaches porto katsiki, egremni etc so you can reach them very easily every day. The villa itself was perfect- every room has a great view of the beautiful sea, and two terrasses. We enjoyed cooking and having barbecues outside, relaxing at the pool and every moment we were totally enjoying this unbelievable view. If you want to enjoy nature and have a nice villa at the same time you should try this place! The owners of the villas are very very friendly and helpful with everything and can give you real insider tips! We want to thank them again for the wonderful time there! We´ll definitely come back soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

At the time when we've arrived at Ourania ( villa Iris) we experienced something new...WE'VE FOUND THAT THE REALITY WAS BETTER THAN THE FOTO'S WE RECEIVED WHEN WE'VE AMDE THE RESERVATION! Great view from the balcony...( perfect place to enjoy the breakfast or a drink late in he night...) Everything was clean, and the property is so well-maintained as you think that is new! You will enjoy the very best Mediterranean food in Vasiliki's Taverns ( which is near by - 5 km )...and the perfect blue water on Lefkada's beaches. Everything is better than you can imagine. You can visit the island of Scorpio ( Skorpio Island) owned by Onassis. We've spent a wonderful and very romantic week! Looking forward to come back! My wife and I were in desperate need of a break from running out busy business in the UK. We had not been on a proper holiday since we got married 3 years ago. So as you can imagine our hopes / expectations were very high when we splashed out on this luxury villa. We were not dissapointed one bit, in fact we were amazed. It was simply the most gorgeous location we have ever stayed in in our lives. We stayed in Villa Fos and I woke up each morning to a view that was spectacular down the sea and over 4 islands. The facilities in the villa were excellent, the swimming pool was gorgeous and staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa is only 5 miles from Porto Kasiki which is the the best beack on Lefkada. We have only one negative and that is that we had to leave after a week and come back to cold, wet England. We can't wait to go back!! Thanks to the owner and her staff for an excellent holiday.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Two summers ago my family and I vacationed at the beautiful resort of Ourania Luxury Villas on the Ionian island of Lefkada. The experience can only be described as outstanding. The house is situated on a hill overlooking the Ionian sea with panoramic views of other islands. The beaches below the resort are unique in their setting, surrounded by cliffs and adorned with clean expanses of sand. The house itself was immaculately cared for, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities to satisfy even the most demanding tastes. The island of Lefkada has much to offer in terms of pristine beauty, warm and friendly people, charming villages, antiquities such as the temple of Apollo near Ourania Villas and mouth-watering cuisine. The proprietors took great care to ensure the comfort of their guests and were attentive to the slightest detail of their stay. My children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed this vacation of a lifetime. My family and I heartily recommend Ourania Luxury Villas as your next holiday choice in Greece.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
