We are very close to the road that leads up to bunny flat/ Mount Shasta the mountain, so you can visit the mountain and enjoy the view from up there and bring a picnick. Swim or float in the lakes and have quality time with your family. This area has great streams and rivers to fish from. Close to the McCloud water falls At the end of the day BBQ on the back patio and hangout in the comfort of this condo. Rent a movie, go to the movies or just hang and play some board games that are available for you to use.

The rooms were clean. The bed we used was comfortable. The area around the condo was quiet and well maintained. The condo is conveniently located close to town. Our main complaint concerns the lack of dressers in the bedrooms. It was quite inconvenient to have to keep our luggage on the floor and kneel down whenever we needed to change clothing. Providing one or two light blankets for each bed would be useful for summer use. The quilt that was on the bed was too heavy, the sheet alone without the quilt was too chilly. Ambient lighting was adequate but reading was difficult without sunlight through the windows.Owner response: Thank you for the remarks.I agree it would be nice to have a dresser available, so we will make some changes there for future guests. Even though we have a large closet w/shelves available. Some stronger light bulbs in the bedrooms would help as well. Also will have to find some light blankets for summer use. As always we appreciate your feedback and thank you for using our place.

This house was located 40 miles away from the mountain and 2 blocks away from a town where you can find all stores and cafes. So it was very convenient and had no problems staying here. I was surprised about it, because the price per night was pretty cheaper than I expected. The owner is easy to work with and is responsive. So it was just perfect for our sudden plan to visit Mt. Shasta! Among different vacation houses I have stayed so far, I think this one is the best considering the location and the price. The rooms were spacious enough, lot of closet space, clean restrooms, tv, dvds, board games, a well equipped kitchen, dining space, spacious balcony.. we got everything we needed! Thanks!!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children.

I was very satisfied to rent this condo for our son and his family. It is in a nice area, quiet and clean inside and out. Close to the quaint downtown of Mount Shasta City and to the road going up the mountain. Comfortable beds and a pleasure to present. A good value for the area. Owner was easy to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Mount Shasta:
We have bought this condo about 7 years ago. We enjoy skiing and boarding in the winter & swimming in Lake Siskiyou in the summer. It does not get as hot as it does in Redding, so its nice to go up to Mt Shasta to enjoy the cooler temperatures
