Situated in this beautiful valley near Kelowna, BC, Krouzel Vineyard Cottage is a new year round retreat that couples and families alike will find an amazing experience that will bring you back year after year. The cottage is part of La Casa resort, and offers access to all of the resort amentities and is one of the largest lots of site with its own large private grass landscaped yard.
The most endearing feature of the cottage lies in its one of a kind private vineyard with unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan. You can chose to have your afternoon tea or evening dinners on the unique Vineyard Patio nestled amongst the vines. A unique experience you can only enjoy at Krouzel Vineyard Cottage.
From the giant elevated deck or from the vineyard below, the scenery is breathtaking and will leave you never wanting to leave this fabulous region.
The cottage is perfectly positioned on Lake Okanagan to offer the best of what Kelowna and surrounding areas have to offer, but is remote enough that you feel off the beaten path so you can relax and unwind. The cottage allows you to connect to the most popular activities in the region, including Winery and Vineyard Tours, Fine Dining, Boating and Watersports, Hiking, Biking, Climbing, Skiing, Offroading.....the list goes on. You chose what your vacation will include.
Accommodation
Krouzel Vineyard Cottage offers first class accommodation second to none in the Okanagan. The cottage is designed to have everything you need for your stay, with the exception of food, spirits, and friends!
The cottage sleeps 8 people on the main floor and loft level, where you will find 2 queen bedrooms, plus a queen bed loft., and a double hide-a bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms on this level. For groups of more than eight, we rent the lower level of the cottage which has a seperate entrance. This level has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a seperate bath, where you can sleep 4 additional people...or perfect for the kids!

The two previous reviews of this cottage are right on!!! We enjoyed this location because of location between Kelowna and Vernon. Golfing, wine tours, visiting friends. The weather was summer hot in the Okanagan. Only two things to mention, bring your own lawn chairs to the pool!!! The Restaurant on the hill, was hit and miss, with service, and running out of beer!!! Thank you Curtis,Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Wake up, hear the birds, see the stunning views of the cottage vineyard with majestic Lake Okanagan in behind. Simply breathtaking. The location is fabulous as the lot is one of the biggest at the resort and in a quiet location. Very convenient to the main pool, hot tub and ammenities. The cottage is very clean and comfortable for couples or for groups/families. If you want to spend the day at the beach, the walk down is lovely or you can drive and park dockside. The trip in to town is about 30 minutes, so going for dinner or for wine tours is right at your fingertips shall you decide. That said, if you are in need of a fabulous time "away" where you can just kick back, enjoy sunrises and sunsets and sip vino on your deck while watching the stars, you WILL not want to MISS this stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Wonderful vacation spot! Property has beautiful view of lake and is on a large private lot that does not back onto any other home. Fire pit on large lower yard area and very large upper deck as well. Extremely clean and comfortable. Cottage has everything that one would need for a very pleasant and stress free vacation. Very spacious and can hold many people. Many ameneties in the resort area Great restaurant close by with convenience store. Fitness facility as well. Lots of things to do with kids - tennis, mini golf, swimming in the pool/hot tub, park, and playing in the lake. Owner is extremely helpful in answering questions. This cottage comes highly recommended!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This vineyard has served as a test of the best varietals for the 50th Parallel Estate Winery which we began planting in the spring of 2009 directly across the lake (you can see it from the deck!) in a prime 61 acre viticultural site....keep tuned in for updates as we are planning a spring 2013 release and grand opening!
