We chose this property due to location and price, and it was exactly what we wanted for our family get away. The unit was easily accessed - the parking garage is a plus. The condo itself was clean. The Kitchen is well stocked. The wood fire place is great for those cold winter evenings. The master bedroom is quite small, but while on vacation you really don't spend much time there. The bed was adequate. The bathrooms were a bit outdated; but again for the price, the entire unit was right in line. It was comfortable and a good value. Location was good with the free ride bus right there and an easy walk to main street. Thanks Jane!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My son and I spent 4 days in January and had a wonderful skiing vacation. The condo was more than we expected with lots of space and all the amenities of home. The location is ideal for skiing, shopping and restaurants. The Village ski lifts are a short walk, bus stop across the street, and ski rental shops are just steps away. I would highly recommend this condo for winter and summer vacations. Can't beat the location and cleanliness of the unit. Thank you owners.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
Owner response: We have had Cimarron 203 for almost a year. I am amazed at the response we have had from renters who are extremely pleased with our condo. At the top of the list is the convenience of being close to most activities and the downtown, within walking distance, winter and summer. The free bus service is literally across the street from Cimmarron which will transport you almost anywhere. The condo has an underground heated parking garage, an elevator, hot tubs, and a swimming pool. The kitchen is newly remodeled. A new front door was recently added and the hallways are newly renovated. The condo is esceptionally spacious with 1,183 square feet living space. The large living room with flat-screen TV will accommodate at least six people. Give us a call or send us an email to check on prices and dates. You won't be disappointed.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: We live in downstate Illinois. Roy is a teacher at a local state run prison. He retired after 26 years in the Air Force Reserves as an intelligence officer and the rank of Lt. Col. Jane is a certified court reporter who has worked for the federal court system for over 21 years. She started her career as a teacher. Both will be retired by the end of 2011. We started skiing in 1968 when Roy was serving as a first lieutenant in the Air Force in Oregon. The sport stayed with us as we moved to Washington State and California. After moving to Illinois, we brought our children to Breckenridge to ski. Our son and new wife moved to Colorado in 2005 solely because they wanted to ski.
Why the Owner Chose Cimarron:
The location of our condo is great. We are only a couple miles to the grocery store and within walking distance to downtown. We rarely have to use the car when we are there. We have skiied at Breckenridge many years. The property was a good value and in a beautiful location with a great view.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Since this is the first year we have owned the condo, we are looking forward to the summer. Jane and her girlfriends will spend a week there this summer. They have plans to bike ride from Vail pass and down the mountain to Frisco. With the temperatures in the high 90s in the Midwest, they are looking forward to the cool, non-humid days with fresh-air walks and beautiful scenery. Jane is particuarly excited about visiting the knit shop downtown and conversing with other knitters while having a cup of tea.
