  I have stayed in many VRBO's and what's importantt to us as a family of five (kids 4, 6, 8) is a clean safe place to sleep. But what's also important is strong communications between the owner and the renter. Rob was on his game, took my calls, prompt e-mail responses and delivered above expectation. When one is coming a long way from another country, like in our case, it's importnat to have that sense of comfort. The condo was great, just as it was listed. Have stayed in this resort many time before and it's a great place for kids. The pool is a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks. Everything you need to run a great vacation is in the condo. Will book again with Rob and Kate next year. Kevin - Halifax, Canada

  We are a family of four, 2 teenagers. The accommodation is of a very high standard with excellent facilities. Rob the owner helped us through the booking in procedure and was always available during our stay. The condo is really closeto all attractions, resturants and shopping malls. Would definitely come again here and recommend it to our family and friends...thanks Rob for your hospitality!!!

• Perfect place for Disney visitors

  My family (2 adults, one senior, two children ages 2 and 5) stayed here for our vacation to Disney World. Its close proximity to the main gate made it a very attractive alternative to staying on-property; from garage to actually passing through the turnstiles at Magic Kingdom we needed only 25 minutes (that includes parking the car, walking to the monorail, traveling via Monorail and walking to the gate and associated wait times). We were able to visit the park in the morning and still get back in time for lunch and naps as well as a visit to the pool before returning refreshed to Disney in the evening. Comparable lodging on-site costs at least three times as much. Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes away by car, as are inexpensive gas stations, making it easy for us in the evening to prepare the next day's outing while the kids slept. The owner's maid service did a fantastic job of cleaning the condo prior to our visit. The fully-appointed kitchen had everything we needed -- even an ice-maker in the freezer! The washer-dryer set let us take fewer clothes along and stay under the airline's weight limit! We were almost always able to find a parking space in the shaded spaces under the building, otherwise we parked in front of the building. The children loved the pool. A pleasant surprise was the possibility of printing out our return boarding passes free-of-charge at the computers in the main building. This was the perfect solution for our multi-generational vacation where we needed three bedrooms but one common area, so we parents were able to get away in the evenings without inconveniencing Grandma.

  We stayed at this condo from March 1-6 with our son and his wife and 2 children, ages 3 and 7. It was perfectly located close to Disney-. We never used the shuttle because it was easier with the children to be able to leave when we wanted to. The condo was well-appointed with everthing you needed for your stay. My grandchildren really loved the pool. We frequently rent using VRBO, and I must say this owner was very accommodating. Check-in was easy, and the owner even called to make certain everything was acceptable. I would highly recommend this unit to other families looking for an escape from the craziness at Disney. When we arrived "home" in the evening, it felt like home.

  Our family of four stayed at this condo in late September 2011 and loved every minute. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The living area and kitchen were equally large and functional. The proximity to the theme parks was excellent (longest trip taken by car was 10 minutes). We were so close we were able to watch the nightly fireworks from the condo balcony while eating our evening meal! Highly recommend this property.

  First of all, I can't be more pleased with the kindness, promptness and honesty of the owner. So helpful with everything from my first email to our checkout. Condo was perfect for our stay! Very spacious, clean, QUIET (end unit), grounds are clean, pool is perfect for children, big and small. Very convenient to anything you could need or want to do in the Disney/Universal area. Five minutes to Disney, 10 or so minutes to Universal. Close to Super Walmart (which I have to say is very crowded and shelves are empty late at night and they are always restocking). Outlet Center right across the parking lot, literally can walk to it! Another premium outlet center back down the road toward the interstate is AWSOME!! Anyway, our stay was for a sporting event at Disney, so it was perfect for us to get where we needed to go every time. Hopefully our next stay will be longer and more relaxing:) Thanks for everything!!! We will be back!!!
