Wake to the morning call of the osprey as they swoop down to make their catch to feed the young. The Blue Heron sleeps on your dock and in the morning his spectacular call can be heard across the water. Great lake access in the front makes this quiet cabin a welcome respite from your everyday routine. A large deck and screen porch give you lots of space to enjoy the morning or afternoon with a good book after a refreshing swim or paddle.
Located on Sandbar Point on the northeast side of Hayden Lake, you are surrounded by 10 acres of your own private paradise. Great lake access, amazing view, large sandy beach, covered dock all yield the perfect vacation spot for both youngsters and adults. Clean well water. There is an indoor shower but you will want to use the new outdoor shower. Very private.
30 minute drive to Coeur d’ Alene but once you get on the lake you will not want to leave. The deer are your evening neighbors as they drink at the creek that runs by the house. Walk the trails on the property or go to the local golf course and get your exercise that way. Great restaurant on the lake and others in close proximately. Warm days and cool nights make sleeping easy.
We'll let you in on a well kept secret...The fall is sublime. Cool mornings warm afternoons make the waterskiing wonderful. If you need a romantic get away the time is September!
This newly renovated cabin offers a little bit of heaven right here on earth. Owners live down the shore. Non-smoking , pets with a small pet fee. Weekly rentals only. Saturday check in at 3:00p.m. check out before 10:00a.m. the following Saturday.

What a wonderful week! We have been visiting Hayden Lake for years but have finally found a rental house on the lake where our children can swim, fish, boat and explore! Fairy Forest was an adventure they will never forget!

We had a wonderful time visiting the "Great Northwest". Hayden Lake is beautiful and the cleanest one we've every been to.... and we've been to some great ones, which includes lakes like Glenville in NC, Glen in MI, and Beaver in AR. The Boat House is quaint and very nice. My two children loved the trails, and the ping pong pavillion. We all enjoyed the sand bar, even though the water was a little cold in late June for us Texans!! What a perfect place to stay. Especially as a respite from the Ironman crowds for those of you who might want to come watch a family memnber race as we did. Barb, thanks for all your hospitality.
