The complex offers a PRIVATE HEATED POOL and this condo overlooks the pool area so you can watch the kids. The pool is a terrific place to just relax with tables and chairs all around it. The sun is always shining on your deck so sit out and catch some rays. End unit condo has lots of windows so you can smell the ocean. GE and whirlpool appliances, huge cabinets, recessed lighting throughout, ceiling fans in every room, all are just the beginning of the features you will enjoy.
If you are familiar with the large Wildwood beaches, 24th Street is the place to be. On the boardwalk at the end of our street is a pier to walk with steps down to the beach, bringing you close to the ocean. No more long walk in the hot sand.
On 25th Street on the boardwalk, you can enjoy one of Morey's Piers featuring the Great Nor'Easter Roller Coaster and Raging Waters water park with the Zoom Phloom.

DEPOSITS AND PROCEDURE:
A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreements. Half payment would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your week or weeks. We must receive this deposit within five days of reservation of the week. If the deposit is not received within the five-day period, the week will remain open.
