A $300 deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreements. Half payment would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your week or weeks. We must receive this deposit within five days of reservation of the week. If the deposit is not received within the five-day period, the week will remain open. |
