  As always the owner was delightful and made every effort to t make sure my family had a wonderful stay. As I have pets and teenagers, finding a vacation spot that works for us is difficult. This is our second year and we hope to make it a third. Altogether, we had 3 dogs (1 Rottie and 2 Basenjis) and 8 teenagers including ours and friends.

  Had a wonderful time at the beach and spending time with family. The house was very spacious and clean. The beach was in walking distance of the house and gave excellent views throughout. I highly recommend this property and hope to return next summer.

  We had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed this home! The house easily accommodated 4 families of 9 adults and 4 children. The house is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed being steps from the beach access- you literally walk out the back door and cross the street (not a busy street at all!). The house was cute (think vintage Martha Stewart style) and very clean (this from a self-proclaimed neat freak!). The owners were accommodating and easy to work with. No complaints at all! I would definitely recommend this home to vacation in!

  We spent a long weekend here over the Halloween weekend. The location was perfect, just across the bridge to the island and walking distance to the circle. Just a row back from the beach! The house had a wonderful open floor plan and plenty of rooms for the 8 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs that spent the weekend. Hard wood floors made for easy cleaning, and everyone could talk as dinner was being prepared in the kitchen. The kids loved the kite festival and everyone got to go to a Halloween carnival in Emerald Isle. Weather was a little cool, but kids in winter coats and bare feet digging holes in the sand made for some great pictures! The owners were very responsive to all of the questions I had before arrival and made everything so easy. We will definitely call them again if we come back to this area.

  Thank you so much for helping us to have a week-end full of great memories. We had an absolutey wonderful time at the beach July 4th week-end! This beach house is top-notch, enough room for all 14 of us to move around with out being in each others way. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed, we ate most meals right there so that saved us alot. The owners of this house are extremely nice & understanding! We are already looking at when to come back. The only thing missing at this house is a hot tub, which could be put in the storage/carport area underneath. We didn't take our dog because she had puppies recently but they do allow pets, so hope to take our basset hound next time. We had a mixture of ages from 9months to over 50, we were down for one in our group turning 50 on July 2, also for Jason Michael Carroll concert over in MHC, & Mary Selvidge accousitc show at McCurdy's in Atlantic Beach. In our group we were from Rocky Mount, NC - Bailey, NC - Middlesex, NC - Nashville, NC - Goldsboro, NC - Dunn, NC - Asheville, NC - Wake Forest, NC. Being able to watch the fireworks from the top deck was fantastic, got great pics. Thanks again & hope to see you again soon!
