The Condo is an air conditioned tastefully appointed turn key unit in a small quiet complex. There is a lovely patio on a green belt, a community pool, hot tub, sauna and barbeque area. The central location of this unit affords easy access to golf, tennis, theater, and the weekend street fair at the College of the Desert.
Palm Desert Living: Palm Desert is located in the Coachella Valley. Its ideal, crisp, clear climate attracts visitors from around the world. There are over 100 manicured golf courses within a 15min. drive in any direction, plus tennis facilities unmatched close by. The wonderful central location of our Condo makes getting to go or do anything easy. The prestigious El Paseo only a block away is great for fine dining, wonderful world class shopping including famous art galleries, or just strolling especially in the very pleasant evenings. The McCallum Theater offers varied outstanding performances throughout the year, movie theaters are within walking distance, even a Starbucks down the street. The activities available are too numerous to begin to list. We will be most happy to do what we can to make your visit a very pleasant, memorable experience.
