  This is a great house to rent. The deck offers stunning views, especially at sunsets. We truly enjoyed the house. Lots of room and very clean. There were only two of us, but this house would easily accommodate a larger group. Steve was awesome to deal with offered plenty of suggestions for us to enjoy the area. This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes and we will return and hopefully this place will be available. The people we encountered were extremely friendly and the area is very pet friendly we were able to bring our dog in some restaurants and most of the wineries we visited. I highly recommend a trip to the Finger Lakes and this house as s rental.

  My husband and I were more than pleased with our vacation in The Finger Lakes Region. The house was everything we could have asked for. Clean, comfortable and with a very well stocked kitchen. We visited many wineries and I found all the pots, pans, knives, other utensils i needed to prepare meals to complement the wonderful wines we bought. Everything was SO clean - even the oven was spotless. No greasy pots to pre- wash. What a pleasure. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Gorgeous sunset views. Comfortable chairs on the deck. I could go on and on. I think that the house looks and feels even better than in the photos. I do not have one negative comment to make. Steve, the owner was great. He takes obvious pleasure in his home and in seeing that the people he rents to enjoy it as much as he does. He kept in touch , phoned before stopping by and was always reachable to answer any questions. All in all this was a great choice.

  This is a terrific house with great views of the lake and lots of room! Everything you need is there to make your stay comfortable. It's so clean and on a quiet street with nice neighbors. Enjoy sunsets over the lake as you relax on the deck by the water or from the living room picture windows. Steve and Patty are wonderful, and they just want you to enjoy their family home and be happy you visited here. There's lots of area info for you to plan your days with wineries, outlets or around Geneva. It's so relaxing and certainly is one of the best places we've visited using VRBO for 10 years!!!! We recommend this house to anyone and especially if you have pets.

  This house is truly the best of both worlds. It has a beautiful lake and dock for a backyard, three vineyards within a two mile radius, and is a five minute drive to downtown Geneva. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has an amazing fire pitt we used to make smores and keep warm while we watched the lake at night. The beauty and convenience of this house was only matched by the warm and helpful nature of the owners. Steve called me before and after the trip to ensure I enjoyed my stay and made sure I had everything I needed for my weekend getaway. I highly recommend this house to anyone and I know I will be back again. Thank you!

  Three couples stayed in this home for our annual wine weekend and things couldn't have been more smooth. From the first time I spoke to Steve on the phone to our departure, it was an absolutely "glitch free" getaway! We have rented numerous times through VRBO in various locations, and Steve was by far the friendliest and the most stress-free owner I have ever dealt with. The home was very neat and tidy and met our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for all of us and the men had plenty of room to be in the kitchen together to make us a hearty breakfast as well! Although it was February the weather was mild and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the lake each morning. The location was perfect for us as we hit the wineries on both Seneca and Cayuga. Many laughs and memories made and we definitely hope to return next year. Many thanks for allowing to use your home Steve and Patty!

  We had such a great weekend, the weather was really great considering the end of October. we had good intentions to go out to eat at some of the local establishments, but because there was 5 of us girls (plenty of sleeeping options) we ended up cooking and eating in and just enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the wine we bought at the local Wineries! Great time had by all of us!

  The home is right on the water and down the street from a bunch of the vineyards. It's right in the middle of it all. The owners are great people to work with.

  Many thanks to our host for making our Thanksgiving stay possible - we cooked up a storm for 3 days! No time for touring the wineries, but we did visit Wegmans at least twice The cottage was perfect, comfortable and cozy for our multi-generational gathering - there was something for everyone. We loved seeing the white deer at the old military base just down the road and our grandson had a ball casting in the lake (pishing with papa as he says), picking up little snail shells on the lakeshore, and to top it all off we roasted marshmallows in the embers of the fire pit. Oh, and let's not forget to mention the magnificent sunsets across the lake! We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to another family and would welcome the opportunity to visit again ourselves. The owners are very gracious and friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant in every way. Thank you and God Bless. Cindy and Lee

  The place was easy to find, the owner very easy to contact, even at late evening time. The place was clean, all information for sites in the area available, internet access easy. The deck overlooking the lake with comfortable sitting, the sunsets that were awesome, the sitting around the fierplace after dark, very romantic. The photos are very accurate, neighbours very friendly and all tourist spots withi very easy reach. We had a wonderful time. Most certainly recommended to all freinds & family

  The place was very easy to find, on entering, we were very pleased with the clean home. The sunsets were beautiful, sitting around the fireplace, after sunset, drinking and chatting was awesome. The accomodation was exactly what we needed, clean towels, kitchen, appliances, one felt at home. The photos are very accurate All tourist spots near by, all needed information on the table in the lounge, the owner available even in the late evening for a dumb question. Most certainly recommended to friends.
