Wow! It's a cruise ship on land... You cannot get closer to the water without being on a ship. Our 2-bedroom condominium located in Tower I is open and airy decorated with bright and cheery beach inspired decor (new photos coming soon). Enjoy your morning coffee watching the dolphins jump while sitting on with a 120 square foot private balcony with unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.
This Condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the 'extras' in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib, high chair, or sand toys, we have them all! We also have ceramic tile throughout (no sandy, mildew carpets), and more than the usual supply of kitchen supplies as well as all the comforts of home. Our condo is a great place for a family to use alone or to share with friends.
Our condo located in Tower I on the 6th floor. It is professionally decorated with bright beach decor and features high-end amenities and has beautiful beach views.
**The Master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, dressed with silky-soft Egyptian cotton sheets, TV with cable and an attached bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub.
**The Bunk room, suitable for children or singles, features comfortable twin-sized bunk beds and an attached bath with a stand-up shower.
**The Kitchen is better equipped than you will find in most rentals. We have more than ample supply of dishes, glasses and cutlery, Cuisinart pots and pans, high end coffee maker with built in grinder and more.
**The dining area has a table with four chairs (note many of the condos in Majestic Beach Towers do not have table and chairs- most have bars for seating) We also have two other chairs in case you have company for dinner.
**The Living area has beautiful beach views, a queen sized sofa sleeper, heavy lined drapes, a TV with cable, DVD and surround sound. We also have a comfy reading chair an ottoman for reading or watching TV.
**The Deck has a table and 4 chairs for and the best views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Majestic Beach Towers is a Family Complex that does not allow us to rent to groups under the age of 25 without a parent or legal guardian staying the entire time. Any violations and groups under 25 will be evicted.

During a recent cross-country trek, I stopped in Panama City Beach where I stayed in a terrific gulf-front condo rental at the Majestic Beach Towers Resort. The resort is in a central location on Front Beach Road near a number of restaurants and just down the road from the Pier Park shopping district. In addition to being right on the beach, Majestic Beach Towers also offers all of the amenities you could ask for during your beach vacation: An onsite restaurant, a movie theater, both indoor and outdoor pools, and a sundries shop (in case you forget your toothbrush).
Inside the condo unit itself, you’ll find brightly-colored walls, beachy décor, and all of the comforts of home. The best part of the condo is easily its view. Pulling back the curtains in the living area reveals a large window with a clear view of the gulf and the beaches below.
The unit’s master bedroom boasts a roomy king-size bed and a private bathroom, as well as a big cable tv with a wide selection of channels. The condo also has a smaller, bunk room with a private bathroom that is perfect for your cubs.
While I didn’t have much time to take in the sights during my time in Panama City Beach, I do think that September just might be the best time of year to visit. The weather was still very warm, traffic was light, and the beaches were not crowded at all-- plenty of room to wiggle my furry toes.

We purchased our condo in Majestic Beach Towers because we wanted a beach-front condo for our family to gather and build fond family memories.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our guests always comment on how well equipped our condo is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here.
Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here! Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition.
It’s imperative that we have the best help there in Panama City Beach. We employ a housekeeper who only cleans for a couple of people. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out of the condo in 15 minutes and call it clean. Our housekeeper takes hours to clean our condo (so the cleaning fee is $10-$20 more than you’d pay with others but we ensure it’ll be really clean!)

Our family highly enjoyed our stay in this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the views were incredible. Our kids spent hours playing the sand and probably brought half the beach in with them. Thank goodness for tile floors! We will recommend your home to our friends and family and would love to return in the future.

We stayed Oct 6-9,2011. We usually stay at Splash for the grand children, but decided to try a different place and are we glad we chose this condo. Was clean, not too high(6th flr) , close to everything, and we will return in the summer. thank you Tom and Kathy.

My two girls, my sister-in-law, my niece and nephew, and myself enjoyed a 4 day/ 5 night vacation at this super cute condo! It is decorated so well. I particularly favored the master bedroom. The kitchen was a wonderful size for getting breakfast and lunch for the kids. It's location is supreme! We weren't far from anything except Pier Park and that didn't take us long at all to get there! This condo would be great for a family of four of five! We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this rental. The Majestic is located near most everything that we were interested in seeing or doing. The sixth floor balcony held a spectacular view. The beach service included was very nice. The parking space was in an excellent location. The condo was very nice, clean, and well maintained. I will be contacting the owners with a few concerns, though none of them were big problems. I would lease this property again, simply because the owners were so helpful.

The place was everything the description said it was and more. We enjoyed shopping for and preparing our own meals with top quality cookware. The kids loved the selection of videos that were provided and the grownups spent hours watching amazing sunsets from the balcony. Highly recommended.
