Casa Corazón is the Penthouse (8th floor) in the gorgeous condominium building right across the street from City Hall. Your views are breathtaking facing the south as well as to the west and across the island also!
You are 3 blocks from downtown San Miguel (Cozumel), a 2-minute walk to the shops along the ocean, and yet you are far enough away from the tourist bustle to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and quiet.

Your secure elevator opens right at the door of your Casa. Open your door, and the first thing that greets you is a breath-taking view across the Caribbean Ocean to Playa del Carmen and Xcaret through the 8-foot high floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. All windows and sliding glass doors have screens, and there are tropical wood ceiling fans in every room should you prefer gentle breezes and the sound of the waves to air-conditioning.
As you enter the Great Room, you see custom ceramic tile floors, striking carved wood, rattan, and leather furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs, lots of reading lights, a satellite-TV, DVD/CD, and stereo with surround sound. Casa Corazón's 4212 sq ft gives ample room for everyone to find a special nook or sufficient room to socialize and party. It's perfect for large groups of friends or family gatherings.
The dining table seats 10 comfortably in luxury. There is a wine refrigerator, barstools, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel LG appliances and various small appliances.
Four expansive bedroom suites each have their own private baths and balconies (check out the photos!). The Casa sleeps 8 people easily — no tripping over each other and plenty of privacy. One bedroom is even set up as an office if you want to work a little while you play. There is also a beautiful powder room just inside the front door.

On the 800+ sq ft. oceanfront veranda is a hot tub (seats 6 to 8), chaise lounges, a table with 4 chairs and more. The veranda wraps around the south side of the building so you have a panoramic view.
Your elevator also takes you to the basement/garage, directly opposite the entrance to the beach and the tri-level pool. Tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaise lounges, palapas are on the clean white sand beach and by the pool.
There is a boat dock and dive rinse tanks; you can be picked up by any dive or tour outfit or scuba/snorkel right off your private beach. A secure storage locker is in the basement, so you don't have to cart your heavy wet gear up and down.
Across the street is Chedraui (a combination Costco, WalMart, Safeway, and Walgreen's), the local Cineplex and an Internet cafe if you left your laptop behind.
If you don't feel like cooking, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. Many local restaurants will deliver to the Penthouse, or if you wish, we can refer you to a chef who can prepare your meals for you.
If you want authentic local food, stroll down any of San Miguel's side streets or go to the Mercado. The people are all delightful and friendly. The culture is warm and inviting. It is safe here!!!
Your multilingual, full-time American management and concierge service provides daily maid service and can arrange for any number of activities – day trips to Xcaret, renting a scooter or car or even babysitters.
By the way, Cozumel is listed in travel magazines and by travel agents as one of the safest places to vacation in the world!!! This still applies now in 2012.

This is our second time staying in this condo and as before it exceeded our expectations. The living area is huge, there is plenty of room in this condo, you will not feel crowded. The staff at El Cantil are wonderful. The location is excellent; On the ocean, in town and across the street is the grocery store. You could cook all your meals in this condo. Watching the sunset every night from the balcony is a memorable experience. Dive shop picks you up at the condo pier and the dive lockers are near the rinse tank. You will love staying here.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This place far exceeded expectations. While the pictures are exactly what you get, you don't realize how great it is until you actually see the place. This definitely goes in the "will do" again category. The location is great, the accommodations are great, the office concierge staff are very friendly and the balcony is wonderful. Another bonus is being able to walk over to Chedraui across the street (2 minute walk) for any groceries, drinks, snacks. All the bedrooms were well appointed. We had 5 girlfriends on the trip and not once did we ever feel the least cramped. Thumbs up!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This place is absolutely amazing with views that can't be beat!! We were lucky enough to spend a week, and none of us were ready to leave. The location is great, and there's no need for a car since you are within walking distance of everything! I appreciate the information Kathryn shared on some of their favorite places, because now they are some of our favorite places too. Thanks for sharing your beautiful penthouse with us! Absolute Paradise. I am still in awe of this gorgeous penthouse. It is HUGE and yet felt comfortable at the same time. You could easily never leave the property and have a wonderful vacation. It was tough to walk away from the deck and spectacular view each morning to explore the island. The pool and waterfront are lovely and relaxing. Also making it very hard to leave to see the sights. The location itself made it simple to get anywhere with grocery stores right across the street and restaurants just down the block. It was a very short walk to get to the main street with all the shops and restaurants overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed many of the fantastic restaurants in Cozumel, however if you wish to cook at home the kitchen has everything you need. We are now spoiled for anywhere else. I highly recommend this property, the owners and would not even consider staying anywhere else in Cozumel.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We took my family here for a very special vacation and this home does not dissappoint. The bedrooms are so comfortable...the living space is HUGE!!! The view is amazing. The owners have not left out any details in this wonderful vacation home! The pictures provided are exactly what you can expect. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful and the staff at El Cantil go above and beyond to make you feel special! The pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. The view from the balcony is awesome. We made sure we were there, with a cold drink, to watch every sunset of the week. Our group had people in all 4 bedrooms and everyone agreed their beds were very comfortable. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. You are close to two large grocery stores to stock up on everything you could possibly need (think Costco...). There are great restaurants within a block and Margaritaville is a block away! The pool and hot tub are awesome, you can frolic in the ocean off the right off the pier and you can get snorkelling gear from the concierge. The staff are ready to help in whatever request you may have and the cleaning staff were great. Laundry on premises helped with the occasional need and all ensuite bathrooms are huge! The relaxing area is spacious and decorated in Tommy Bahama fashion, very chique and luxurious yet comfortable. Run, don't walk, to book yourself in if you want a central location with all the extras. We had a fantastic time and would love to go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

4 of us stayed here for a girls' weekend for Superbowl 2011 - the staff was great, and we enjoyed a wonderul breakfast at Prima each morning. It was wonderful having our own bedroom and own bath. The balcony overlooking the ocean abd infinity pool was spectacular! Paradise Beach Club rocks, and is only about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Also fun having Margaritaville and other restaurants downtown within walking distance. Thanks, Allan!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful penthouse 2 years in a row! It has some of the best accomodations of any place we've stayed in Mexico(and we go to Mexico 3 times a year)! We didn't need a thing since it was better equipped than most people's homes, including a wine fridge. The view is incredible and the balcony is HUGE! The staff is great as well. Claudia can do anything! There really isn't anything comparable to this penthouse, especially for the money! We have never had more than 4 people staying there, but there is room for lots of people. Each bedroom has it's own private bath and all the bathrooms are very big and nice, it's like 4 master suites. All I can say is, if you get the opportunity to stay here, you really should! It is an AMAZING home!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Casa de la Luna Llena is amazing! It is so beautiful it takes your breath away. We had a unique situation as we needed to find a place which could accomodate my brother who utlizes a wheelchair for mobility. The elevator and wide open space was perfect. We made it with the shower..not a full roll in but if you have help or flexibility it's doable. Allan was very patient and gracious with all of our inquires before the trip and has been just as wonderful in our communications after the trip. He is even considering a remodel to make the place fully accessible. The staff was also wonderful and very helpful. All the other guests are correct that the location is great. It is only two blocks from Dolphinaries, a wonderful spot where we took my brother swimming with the Dolphins. He is limited in what he can do in Mexico but this was truly and amazing experience for him. We loved every minute of it!!! Look forward to returning in the future.
