Casa Corazón is the Penthouse (8th floor) in the gorgeous condominium building right across the street from City Hall. Your views are breathtaking facing the south as well as to the west and across the island also!
You are 3 blocks from downtown San Miguel (Cozumel), a 2-minute walk to the shops along the ocean, and yet you are far enough away from the tourist bustle to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and quiet.

Your secure elevator opens right at the door of your Casa. Open your door, and the first thing that greets you is a breath-taking view across the Caribbean Ocean to Playa del Carmen and Xcaret through the 8-foot high floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. All windows and sliding glass doors have screens, and there are tropical wood ceiling fans in every room should you prefer gentle breezes and the sound of the waves to air-conditioning.
As you enter the Great Room, you see custom ceramic tile floors, striking carved wood, rattan, and leather furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs, lots of reading lights, a satellite-TV, DVD/CD, and stereo with surround sound. Casa Corazón's 4212 sq ft gives ample room for everyone to find a special nook or sufficient room to socialize and party. It's perfect for large groups of friends or family gatherings.
The dining table seats 10 comfortably in luxury. There is a wine refrigerator, barstools, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel LG appliances and various small appliances.
Four expansive bedroom suites each have their own private baths and balconies (check out the photos!). The Casa sleeps 8 people easily — no tripping over each other and plenty of privacy. One bedroom is even set up as an office if you want to work a little while you play. There is also a beautiful powder room just inside the front door.

On the 800+ sq ft. oceanfront veranda is a hot tub (seats 6 to 8), chaise lounges, a table with 4 chairs and more. The veranda wraps around the south side of the building so you have a panoramic view.
Your elevator also takes you to the basement/garage, directly opposite the entrance to the beach and the tri-level pool. Tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaise lounges, palapas are on the clean white sand beach and by the pool.
There is a boat dock and dive rinse tanks; you can be picked up by any dive or tour outfit or scuba/snorkel right off your private beach. A secure storage locker is in the basement, so you don't have to cart your heavy wet gear up and down.
Across the street is Chedraui (a combination Costco, WalMart, Safeway, and Walgreen's), the local Cineplex and an Internet cafe if you left your laptop behind.
If you don't feel like cooking, there are many fine restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. Many local restaurants will deliver to the Penthouse, or if you wish, we can refer you to a chef who can prepare your meals for you.
If you want authentic local food, stroll down any of San Miguel's side streets or go to the Mercado. The people are all delightful and friendly. The culture is warm and inviting. It is safe here!!!
Your multilingual, full-time American management and concierge service provides daily maid service and can arrange for any number of activities – day trips to Xcaret, renting a scooter or car or even babysitters.
By the way, Cozumel is listed in travel magazines and by travel agents as one of the safest places to vacation in the world!!! This still applies now in 2012.

- Suitability
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : From the street to the garage and pools, we have built in ramps and the elevator to the Penthouse is just a tiny 1/4" bump. We have installed rails in all the showers and at the toilets for your convenience.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : We have built in ramps where needed but almost all areas are dead flat. I also installed grab bars in all showers and several you can be wheeled into. The most narrow door is 24" but access to the front suites through double doors is 5 feet wide! Many guests in wheelchairs have stayed comfortably at the Penthouse.
- Kid Friendly : Many families stay here and there are many things for kids to do. Babysitting can be arranged if you would like to have your little ones taken care of while you are out and about.

4 of us stayed here for a girls' weekend for Superbowl 2011 - the staff was great, and we enjoyed a wonderul breakfast at Prima each morning. It was wonderful having our own bedroom and own bath. The balcony overlooking the ocean abd infinity pool was spectacular! Paradise Beach Club rocks, and is only about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Also fun having Margaritaville and other restaurants downtown within walking distance. Thanks, Allan!

We have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful penthouse 2 years in a row! It has some of the best accomodations of any place we've stayed in Mexico(and we go to Mexico 3 times a year)! We didn't need a thing since it was better equipped than most people's homes, including a wine fridge. The view is incredible and the balcony is HUGE! The staff is great as well. Claudia can do anything! There really isn't anything comparable to this penthouse, especially for the money! We have never had more than 4 people staying there, but there is room for lots of people. Each bedroom has it's own private bath and all the bathrooms are very big and nice, it's like 4 master suites. All I can say is, if you get the opportunity to stay here, you really should! It is an AMAZING home!!!

Casa de la Luna Llena is amazing! It is so beautiful it takes your breath away. We had a unique situation as we needed to find a place which could accomodate my brother who utlizes a wheelchair for mobility. The elevator and wide open space was perfect. We made it with the shower..not a full roll in but if you have help or flexibility it's doable. Allan was very patient and gracious with all of our inquires before the trip and has been just as wonderful in our communications after the trip. He is even considering a remodel to make the place fully accessible. The staff was also wonderful and very helpful. All the other guests are correct that the location is great. It is only two blocks from Dolphinaries, a wonderful spot where we took my brother swimming with the Dolphins. He is limited in what he can do in Mexico but this was truly and amazing experience for him. We loved every minute of it!!! Look forward to returning in the future. Allan, we just returned from a fantastic week at your place. I just wanted to let everyone know that we fit 8 of us in there very, very, very, comfortable. The furniture and appointment is fantastic! We will be staying again for sure. For those wondering about this place, we have visited Cozumel for the last 10 years, staying in hotels each time, Allan’s PH is top notch and now our standard! Scuba boat pickup just out front, the pool is fantastic, having your own kitchen and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind looking at the sea. Allan, We're having Coz withdrawals! We could not have been more pleased with your home. The pictures represent the condo perfectly. The layout fit our 2 families just right: 4 adults and 5 teenagers had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The only problem is now they'll expect to stay in your plush setup everytime! The location is great, walking distance to most everything you could need. Easy walk to both grocery stores. Blue Angel picked us up right at the private dock. The private access elevator, blew everybody's mind and boy was it handy. We kind of felt like royalty. The pool and facilities were in great shape with people tending to details constantly. Now a word about Allan: You will not find a more gracious host. He will work with you to make sure that stay is great and he is fair and trustworthy. Obviously, we can't wait to come back! The Robys and The Harrells.

For anyone thinking about a trip to Casa de la Luna Llena in Cozumel, jump on it. Allan was a pleasure to deal with before the rental and the staff at El Cantil was also very good. This unit is spacious and well appointed. For a party of 2-10 I think you will have plenty of room to enjoy a vacation.

Allan, I'm sorry for being late posting this, but we wanted to tell you about what a fantastic time we had in your private paradise! It was absolutely more that we expected and we look forward to staying there again during our annual trek to Cozumel. The facilty and staff were both wonderful! And what a beautiful view! My husband and I just spent a blissful week at Casa de la Luna Llena. Everything about this condo is top-notch, from the private elevator entrance to the heartstopping views. We loved falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves. The location of El Cantil is perfect. It's close enough to town that pretty much everything is walkable, but it's also nice and quiet. Having the Chedraui across the street is great -- you can find most anything you want or need there (including cash, they have several ATMs). If you're in the mood for a latte, the coffee shop next to the Chedraui is good. And if you're a carb nut like me, you have to check out the bakery at the Chedraui -- it became a regular stop after my morning run. (If you're a runner, you'll love the nice, wide sidewalk that runs all along the ocean.) I'd recommend picking up a Can-Do map of Cozumel (aka mapchick map). We used ours all day, every day. Places we'd recommend: Especias, La Morena, No Name Bar, Coconuts (east side of island). We only dove one day, but saw lots of cool marine life in addition to the beautiful coral. Several turtles, a huge barracuda, a nurse shark, countless other vivid fish. We can't wait to get back to Cozumel and the Casa.

Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home with us! We had an absolutely marvelous time. Your home is gorgeous and yet so comfortable. We all commented on how we felt "at home". We also wanted to tell you that all the people working there were so nice and helpful too. We appreciated all they did to make our stay extra special. We all had a wonderful time diving too!
