The pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. The view from the balcony is awesome. We made sure we were there, with a cold drink, to watch every sunset of the week. Our group had people in all 4 bedrooms and everyone agreed their beds were very comfortable. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. You are close to two large grocery stores to stock up on everything you could possibly need (think Costco...). There are great restaurants within a block and Margaritaville is a block away! The pool and hot tub are awesome, you can frolic in the ocean off the right off the pier and you can get snorkelling gear from the concierge. The staff are ready to help in whatever request you may have and the cleaning staff were great. Laundry on premises helped with the occasional need and all ensuite bathrooms are huge! The relaxing area is spacious and decorated in Tommy Bahama fashion, very chique and luxurious yet comfortable. Run, don't walk, to book yourself in if you want a central location with all the extras. We had a fantastic time and would love to go back.

4 of us stayed here for a girls' weekend for Superbowl 2011 - the staff was great, and we enjoyed a wonderul breakfast at Prima each morning. It was wonderful having our own bedroom and own bath. The balcony overlooking the ocean abd infinity pool was spectacular! Paradise Beach Club rocks, and is only about a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Also fun having Margaritaville and other restaurants downtown within walking distance. Thanks, Allan!

A very amazing penthouse!!

We have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful penthouse 2 years in a row! It has some of the best accomodations of any place we've stayed in Mexico(and we go to Mexico 3 times a year)! We didn't need a thing since it was better equipped than most people's homes, including a wine fridge. The view is incredible and the balcony is HUGE! The staff is great as well. Claudia can do anything! There really isn't anything comparable to this penthouse, especially for the money! We have never had more than 4 people staying there, but there is room for lots of people. Each bedroom has it's own private bath and all the bathrooms are very big and nice, it's like 4 master suites. All I can say is, if you get the opportunity to stay here, you really should! It is an AMAZING home!!!

Casa de la Luna Llena is amazing! It is so beautiful it takes your breath away. We had a unique situation as we needed to find a place which could accomodate my brother who utlizes a wheelchair for mobility. The elevator and wide open space was perfect. We made it with the shower..not a full roll in but if you have help or flexibility it's doable. Allan was very patient and gracious with all of our inquires before the trip and has been just as wonderful in our communications after the trip. He is even considering a remodel to make the place fully accessible. The staff was also wonderful and very helpful. All the other guests are correct that the location is great. It is only two blocks from Dolphinaries, a wonderful spot where we took my brother swimming with the Dolphins. He is limited in what he can do in Mexico but this was truly and amazing experience for him. We loved every minute of it!!! Look forward to returning in the future. Allan, we just returned from a fantastic week at your place. I just wanted to let everyone know that we fit 8 of us in there very, very, very, comfortable. The furniture and appointment is fantastic! We will be staying again for sure. For those wondering about this place, we have visited Cozumel for the last 10 years, staying in hotels each time, Allan’s PH is top notch and now our standard! Scuba boat pickup just out front, the pool is fantastic, having your own kitchen and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind looking at the sea. Location can’t be any better, with everything a walk away….Thanks for the hospitality to the staff, we had a great time. – The Ruse’s, Riverton UT

Allan, We're having Coz withdrawals! We could not have been more pleased with your home. The pictures represent the condo perfectly. The layout fit our 2 families just right: 4 adults and 5 teenagers had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The only problem is now they'll expect to stay in your plush setup everytime! The location is great, walking distance to most everything you could need. Easy walk to both grocery stores. Blue Angel picked us up right at the private dock. The private access elevator, blew everybody's mind and boy was it handy. We kind of felt like royalty. The pool and facilities were in great shape with people tending to details constantly. Now a word about Allan: You will not find a more gracious host. He will work with you to make sure that stay is great and he is fair and trustworthy. Obviously, we can't wait to come back! The Robys and The Harrells.

For anyone thinking about a trip to Casa de la Luna Llena in Cozumel, jump on it. Allan was a pleasure to deal with before the rental and the staff at El Cantil was also very good. This unit is spacious and well appointed. For a party of 2-10 I think you will have plenty of room to enjoy a vacation.

Allan, I'm sorry for being late posting this, but we wanted to tell you about what a fantastic time we had in your private paradise! It was absolutely more that we expected and we look forward to staying there again during our annual trek to Cozumel. The facilty and staff were both wonderful! And what a beautiful view! My husband and I just spent a blissful week at Casa de la Luna Llena. Everything about this condo is top-notch, from the private elevator entrance to the heartstopping views. We loved falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves. The location of El Cantil is perfect. It's close enough to town that pretty much everything is walkable, but it's also nice and quiet. Having the Chedraui across the street is great -- you can find most anything you want or need there (including cash, they have several ATMs). If you're in the mood for a latte, the coffee shop next to the Chedraui is good. And if you're a carb nut like me, you have to check out the bakery at the Chedraui -- it became a regular stop after my morning run. (If you're a runner, you'll love the nice, wide sidewalk that runs all along the ocean.) I'd recommend picking up a Can-Do map of Cozumel (aka mapchick map). We used ours all day, every day. Places we'd recommend: Especias, La Morena, No Name Bar, Coconuts (east side of island). We only dove one day, but saw lots of cool marine life in addition to the beautiful coral. Several turtles, a huge barracuda, a nurse shark, countless other vivid fish. We can't wait to get back to Cozumel and the Casa.

6-15-08My family has visited the El Cantil penthouse two years in a row now. From the convenience of a nonstop elevator ride, to the breathtaking view when the doors open, to the great service staff, and the spacious quarters, we have enjoyed every minute of our visits. The penthouse is spacious, with up to 4 bedrooms, and a large central living area and kitchen. Furnishings are elegant, yet comfortable. The staff at the El Cantil are constantly available and welcoming. The location is perfect. Right across the street from a large market, and walking distance to everything downtown, yet far enough away from the hustle bustle to make it private and quiet. The pool area is quiet and secluded, with plenty of chairs and or cabanas for those who want to stay in the shade. The grounds are maintained meticulously.I recommended this unit to friends who were traveling to Cozumel, who have done extensive traveling themselves, and they said it was the nicest place they’d ever stayed at and couldn’t wait to return. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The website is helpful, but if you can’t find the answer there, Allan can usually provide one. He is responsive and gracious. Just knowing that the penthouse is consistently nice and enjoyable is a great draw! I would not hesitate to recommend it to even the pickiest travelers!Diane Jensen

Dear Allan We just completed our lovely vacation in your wonderful penthouse. We enjoyed it so much and Claudia and Ramon were very accommodating and helpful with our needs. We had Manuela for our maid and she was excellent. She took good care of the children for a couple of hours during the day. Thanks so much for all your help. Cozumel is a great vacation spot and the view from your veranda was spectacular. Weather was great. We even got to attend the Circus across the street from the market (great also). This was our first time to Cozumel and it made a great place to get married. We had a fabulous time. Cozumel is great, the weather was perfect and your condo was the best setting for socializing. Thank you for the bottle of wine. We thought it was decoration. We opened up the bottle at our wedding reception and it was very smooth wine. The help at the condo was exceptional. We felt a little silly, just the two of us roaming around this huge place, but we loved it! The Casa exceeded our expectations, which is rare in our experience.
