Detached cottage features a king bed or two twins and pullout couch with full bath. Short 1/3 mile stroll to the beach.
Main level features open kitchen dining and bar area with cherry cabinets, stone counters and stainless appliances including Gaggeneau ovens and gas cooktop.
Overlooks acres of conservation land and the Nantucket Sound with views extending to Madaket Harbor and the South Shore. Beautiful sunsets and stargazing.
The living room has two seating areas, the great room has a gas fireplace, flat panel TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
Grounds
The home sits on a hilltop accessed by a long shell lane ending with a circular drive. Over an acre of level grass and beautiful plantings.
Cedarworks playset for children and plenty of room for wiffle ball, badminton and croquet.
Water side of house has expansive decking and a full complement of Teak furniture. New in 2010 is a large hot tub on the lower deck for up to six.
The hilltop setting features beautiful sunrises to the east and spectacular sunsets to the west that are arguably the best on the island. Distance water views and cool summer breezes only enhance the beauty of the setting.

Front door opens to foyer with front to back living room on right with its own deck. An open kitchen, dining and bar area to the left. Beyond the kitchen/bar area is a sunken great room with large gas fireplace and flat panel TV. Beyond the great room is a second master with a four poster queen bed and a private full bath.
The great room, kitchen and living room all have french doors opening to a large deck across the back of the house. The hot tub is located near the great room and the outdoor shower.
