You will really enjoy this 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse , 4th floor condo (the largest condo available in Windsor Hills resort) with a great view located in the highly desirable resort of Windsor Hills. The community is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World. Windsor Hills is a gated community with 24-hour manned security and is ideally located near an abundance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. Windsor Hills location and amenities are unparalleled to any community in the area.
Take the elevator to this bright and airy 1450 sqft, fourth floor condo that sleeps 8 guests. The master bedroom offers a King sized bed and private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with and the 3rd bedroom is a Mickey themed room and features two sets of bunk beds for the kids. The bedrooms have wall mounted TV's in each room and a PS2 is available in the bunk bedroom.
You will really enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas so that the cook in the family can be involved in all of the conversations taking place. Next to the kitchen is the dining area that provides combined seating for up to 8 guests where you can serve from the kitchen opening.
This Orlando Disney area condo boasts a living room with two great comfortable sofas, occasional tables, lamps, large screen TV and DVD player, and an iPod/iPhone sound system for your enjoyment. The living room opens onto a private screened balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. You will also enjoy FREE WiFi internet and FREE local phone calls.
For your traveling convenience we also provide, Free of Charge, a Pak n Play crib, stroller and high chair for those traveling with little ones. All bed linens, towels, vacuum cleaner, full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clocks and hair dryer are in the condo as well.

We stayed at the condo in May of this year. We are a family of 4. The kids(ages 10 and 12) loved staying at Windsor Hills(especially the pool area and water-slide)! The Condo is nicely decorated, great size bedrooms, kitchen etc and very clean. You have great access to the pool and other amenities at the resort. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to family and friends. Easy access to great restaurants, supermarkets etc. and was less than 10 minutes away from all the Disney attractions. We had an amazing trip!! Maureen F.
We stayed here in July, this is a very large condo. The kids bunk room is huge. Lots of space for all of us. Very clean and well maintained and we found everything we needed including an iphone/ipod music system and stroller for taking our smallest back and forth to pool! we will go again ! thanks. Barry F

The pool and gamesroom common area was perfect for the hot days. The pool and waterslide were also much bigger than I expected. With just a short drive to Disney and great outlet and fleamarket shopping. We could have spent the same on hotels and would have had only a fraction of the space, amenities, services or convenience. First off, I would like to say that the property owner & property managers were extremely lovely to work with. They were always very prompt to reply to any questions or concerns that I had. Not only did the owner offer information about his property, but also answered many of my questions regarding our trip to Disney World, and gave great suggestions regarding shopping/touring/planning, etc. The condo was very clean, and just as pictured in the vrbo ad. We liked that the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the condo from the kids' room. That way, when the kids went to bed, we didn't feel like we'd be keeping them up if we had the tv on, or stayed up for cocktails. We are a family of 5. Our 3 children are ages 8, 6, & 5. We debated on whether or not we should stay on Disney property or rent a condo, and I can whole-heartedly say that this was the BEST decision ever! The cost can't be beat! We paid only a fraction of the cost that it would have been to stay in a "hotel" room at Disney. We were able to shop at the local Target (just 5 minutes away) for our breakfasts, and we packed lunches to take along to the parks. The amount of space that this condo offers is spectacular! I can not imagine cramming the 5 of us into a hotel-type room for a week. Here, the kids were able to go and play while my husband & I relaxed. They absolutely loved staying in the bunkbed room together. The closets are very large & offer plenty of space for luggage. The kids also thought they were fun places to play:) The pool was great and walking distance from our condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (except ice--just remember to grab some at the gas station!). There was a washer/dryer inside the unit, which allowed us to pack lightly. The commute from our condo to the parking lots at the parks was 5-10 minutes max! I can't say enough great things about our stay! I would certainly recommend this property to any family thinking of visiting this area! Thanks for a great home away from home!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

We stayed here in July, this is a very large condo. The kids bunk room is huge. Lots of space for all of us.
