We had planned a ladies get away, two of my friends could not come because their father, uncle was in ICU, but Kelly tried working with us which we appreciate very much. Upon arrival the condo was everything we expected, it had rained that night and next day but we enjoyed just hanging around condo a very nice place just to chill. I was worried about being on 9 th floor but it was no problem and the view was awesome, we saw stingray swimming from our balcony.Inside condo was a book that had information for everything on how to work the tv to restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great time in Florida and the location was good. Thank you so much fun was had by all. Retreat Girls

Clean and amazing

This condo was like a home! All the decorations and details made it feel like a home, not a rental. The view was amazing. Sitting on the porch and unwinding was awesome. Beach was immaculate. Condo really large. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Clean.

I'm so sad we had to leave. Even my husband loved all the bright, cheery, beachy colors. The photos accurately reflect the appearance. It was clean and well maintained. I would indeed recommend this property to anyone. We ate at several places, but surprisingly HammerHead Fred's was the best crablegs. Love that it included the chairs/umbrella. The guy handling the chairs actually rented out ours, but took the name plate off and put it on another chair. That was fine with us, however, the owner's might not appreciate that. None-the-less, this was beyond perfect. The stingrays came right up to the shore and splashed along. It was amazing. God blessed us with perfect weather, but had it been bad, the condo is so beautiful, we could have sat inside. Absolutely loved it all.

The best in 38 years of vacationing in PCB

In the 38 yrs my Husband and I have vacationed in PCB this was absolutely the most beautiful condo we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. To start, location was perfect. Being centrally located made shopping easy, esp. cold items from the grocery. Landscaping was very detailed & lush. Beach access very convenient. Pools cool, clean, refreshing & beautifully tropical. Condo itself, WOW is the 1st word. It was gorgeous!! Hospital standards clean (I know..I`m a nurse) "Designer decorated" is spot on, the furnishing were very high end. Fully stocked w/ every possible need. Balcony huge, View breathtaking. So many extras..Cable tv ( in every room), Phones (in every room), WIFI ,(worked all over condo, including balcony). Door lock..( the best idea ever). Security ( great, friendly & helped to give us peace & relaxation). Kelly & Shannon ( so friendly, helpful, comfortable ) made us feel they truely cared about us having a wonderful time. Where I work our motto is "Well Beyond Expectations" , it should be theirs, too, because everything was exactly that. Thanks for a wonderful place for us to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. Clean and updated. Owner was exceptional to work with and always pleasant. Would highly recommend. Loved the outdoor furniture it was nice quality and great to enjoy when tired of beach. Centrally located to plenty of restaurants.

This unit is awesome!!! It made our vacation an excellent experience. The unit is everything you see in the photos and then some. The unit was very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. I will book this unit again if possible. If you book this unit you will be really pleased!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous condo. Everything is exactly as described. The beds are so comfortable. Loved the big TV. The floorplan was so open and we loved having both bedrooms ocean front. Kelly was so nice and easy to deal with. It was so nice not having to keep up with a door key. The entry code was so convenient. We will be back again next year. Thank you Kelly for everything!

This condo surpassed all of my expectations. Last year we went to Myrtle Beach and stayed in a condo resort and it was definitely a disappointment. The room was dirty, dark and dreary and definitely overpriced. We never felt clean and didn't want to stay there, but after calling around every place else was booked. We had to suck it up and it was a very long week. This condo in Panama City is very brightly decorated and cheery. It is decorated as a beautiful beach cottage. It had everything we needed and more. I felt very at home and most importantly clean. We hated to leave and come home. I would definitely recommend to any friends and family to rent this place for vacation. You will not be disappointed.

We went to PCB for Spring break and had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and very clean. The open view from the family room/dining room and kitchen was amazing! The pool is beautiful and it was easy access to the beach. Kelly made everything easy for us and we will definitely return and recommend this unit to others!

We loved the condo. The colors were vibrant and cheerful. The cabinets were well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, there was plenty of books and games in the room in case someone gets tired of the sand and sun, the beds were comfortable with high quality bedding and the process of renting was completely stress free and easy (Thanks Kelly). We went in October and the weather was fantastic, the ocean was warm but the beautiful lagoon pool was unbearably cold. Wish we could of enjoyed that. We saw numerous dolphins during the week also. Only had one set back during the week and owner was quick to respond and walk me through the problem. I cant say enough about the condo, owner, and beach. LOVED IT!!!

The condo was beautifully decorated and I loved the two bedrooms opening out to balcony. The view was wonderful. Everything was clean and well stocked. Thanks for the chairs and umbrella on the beach we used them everyday. Kelly answered every question I had, great to work with.

Our family of 5 which included 2 teenagers plus a 5 year absolutely loved the way this condo was decorated!! We have stayed at several different places in PCB in the past and love Long Beach Resort due to the fact that both bedrooms have the view of the ocean!! This condo was so neatly decorated that we all just immediately fell in love with it as soon as we walked in the door! We had a great time and Kelly was easy to work with to book our stay and was very organized with the information packet that she sent out to us before hand. And oh yes, the beach chairs were an added plus as well! Can't wait till our next vacation and hope to stay here again!!

This is just an outstanding place to spend a vacation. 3 pools, beach side, colorful, well decorated rooms, spacious, with a giant balcony for great views. We had a great time and Kelly was great to work with during to our stay. Very organized information on hand helped us have the best vacation possible. Our family of 4 loved it and will be back! the beach chairs were an added plus. We have stayed at many along the strip, and we like Long Beach and this unit the best.

Absolutely the best place in Panama City to stay!

We have stayed in Panama City 5 previous years and have never found the perfect place to go back to. We did this time!! This condo is absolutely perfect in decor, layout, and where it is located. Our 2 teenage daughters had their own ocean front room room plus wi-fi for their laptops and ipods. They couldn't have been happier! Loved having the umbrella & chairs come with the room also!! We used those for shade and still took a couple of extra chairs to put down in the water to cool off. We will definitely stay here again and can't wait for our next vacation!!

Long Beach Resort and Condo

Our overall visit was an excellent experience. The representation of the condo, furnishing, and expectations were throughly met. The unit was well stocked and most of all very clean! There was nothing that we needed to enjoy our week that was not included in the unit. The luxury of having both bedrooms face the ocean and having seperate exits to the balcony was an added plus. The unit was extremely quiet with no outside interfence. Views from the balcony were spectular we have great photos for both rising and setting of the sun. We look forward to being able to stay in this same unit in the future. What was amazing was the lack of crowds during peak season. There was space for everyone with the massive lagoon area and the additional smaller pools to allow for the needs for inclusion and speration. The only down side was the outside construction going on in front of Tower Four-- updates have to happen would consider giving feedback to the management crew to do that more in the off season, roofing was being done at the time we were there. Did not directly impact our stay, but could have been a total de-railer for others in in the complex.

we have stayed in this same condo twice. It is a beautiful condo, we love the floor to ceiling windows, and both bedrooms on the beach. they also give you the beach chairs & umbrella ,which is great.kelly took care of any problem we had very quickly. so I would recomend this condo to anyone. we had a good time , saw the Todd Allen Show it was a really good show.

We just enjoyed another week in Tower 4, Room 904 at the beautiful Long Beach Resort. The weather was great, no oil and the accommodations were excellent. These are the best beds I've slept on away from home. The view is outstanding from all rooms in the condo. Floor to ceiling views of the ocean and beach with a beautiful sunset to catch each evening from out on the balcony. The unit was clean and if you need anything or have any questions, help is only a given phone call away. They even have a selection of books to read included in the room. We will be back again next year if not sooner.

GORGEOUS BEACH COTTAGE

We were "tickled pink" when we walked into this condo! The colors are soft beachy pastels and the white furniture was gorgeous. The owner has cut no corners in their selection of furniture and decor. Everything was clean, bright, and well cared for. All of the beds were very comfortable and the views are outstanding from every room! The floors were a ceramic tile-like product that looked like wood which we loved. It looked like a shabby chic beach floor and there was no stained carpeting to deal with. The owner was also very acommodating and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back again soon!

This condo was the most amazing I've ever stayed in. We had 8 people and never felt crowded. Everything was thought of and every detail was so appreciated. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The resort was quiet and also well maintained. We couldn't have picked a better condo. It's location is also the best of all the condo's on PCB. The floor to ceiling windows were to dye for. The sun that poured through them every morning was stunning. Thank you for letting us stay and we can't wait to come again!...I'm telling all my friends too:)

We absolutely loved this condo. It has a very warm, key west feel. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, floor to ceiling glass wall and a door onto balcony overlooking gulf. The beds are very comfortable. You can hear the waves through the glass. The rental was easy, the condo was very clean and no complaints. I would recommend this condo and will be back again.

We stayed in this unit the week of June 13-20 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The layout of the floor plan made it ideal for seven people to stay there withou any problems. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the tropical colors. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. Our grand children enjoyed the lagoon pool and spent many hours there. We enjoyed the use of the chairs on the beach that were furnished as part of the rental of this unit. When we return to Florida we will definitely try to rent this unit again.

FAMILY FAVORITE!!!

We have stayed at this beautiful condo several times and it is one of our family's favorite vacation spots! We first chose this unit because it looked so charming in the photos and we were not disappointed. The beds were super comfy, the bedding top quality (if you have sensitive skin like mine this is important). Everything was clean and worked and we had all the appliances we needed to make our stay so comfortable and fun. My kids were elementary age the first time we went and I can still see the looks of awe on their little faces when we first opened the condo door after a 12 hour trip from Texas. Every detail said "Welcome to the beach!", even the dishes. They have comfortable patio furniture so the patio is a great place to hang out if you have little ones or need a break from the sun or want a moonlight supper. We love playing games and drinking smoothies on the patio and watching for dolphins (bring binoculars!), sipping pina coladas by the big pool or laying on the beach for hours. We usually take our family christmas card picture on the beach at sunset. And a trip wouldn't be complete without a burger and t-shirts from Pineapple Willie's and snorkeling at the state park! Hands down this is the most relaxing vacation we ever had! Our kids are all in college now and it is still a favorite spot. We are coming again this spring to celebrate our oldest getting into med school! Thanks for all the great memories!

This was our first stay in this magnificent condo. We have stayed at Long Beach for over 10 years, at coming to PCB for over 20 years. But this was our first stay at this unit. It was the best accommodation we have had at Long Beach. And Long Beach is one of the best in Panama City Beach. The furnishings were beautiful. It was well decorated, and very, very, clean. It was colorful, tropical, and the bedding was excellent. We especially liked the two beach chair rentals that were included in the price of the condo. We will be back to this unit! The pictures on the web reveal what a good looking condo this one is! If you want a good week with outstanding accommodations, don't pass this one up if it is available during the weeks you plan to visit.

The main reason we picked this Condo is because of the interior photos. When we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise ro find the Condo was even nicer than we expected. All furnishings were top of the line. The Gulf views from both bedrooms and the den were beautiful. Late afternoon and evenings were spent on the large balcony. Why would you rent a Condo this nice???

We were on vacation the week of 5-16-05 and we really enjoyed your Condo. We loved the balcony. It is so roomy and has a beautiful view. Also, the furnishings are very nice. We will be back in the future as we go the Panhandle area every year and have for the past 15yrs.

I stayed with two friends at your condo the week of May 14th, 2005 and I must say that it was one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had. We had no rushed agenda, like on many preivious vacations. The condo was so beautiful and the view so fabulous that staying at the resort was mostly all we wanted to do. We can't wait to return next year!

My wife made her entry in your guest book at the condo - It's my turn now! I'm sorry it's so late (09/2004) but the memories are like we were there just yesterday! We all still speak fondly of our experience esp. whenever we hear the Beachboys! It was a true oasis for us as we had not had a vacation in several years. At times I still can't believe it. It was everything we had hoped for and more! Thank you VERY much and may God Bless Ya!
