This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condominium located on the 7th floor of the East Tower of the Sonoran Sun Resort. The Resort has many amenities for our guests to enjoy as oceanfront swimming pools, Jacuzzis, Restaurant, Bar, fitness room, SPA, computer room, private parking, security 24 hours, tennis court and Aqua Bar. The Resort is located in one of the most popular areas in Rocky Point, Sandy Beach.

This unit has a California king-size bed in the Master bedroom, Guest bedroom bunk bed with a king/queen and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all you need to make a great meal for your family and friends. The white appliances include a built-in microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, you will also find small appliances like toaster, coffee maker and blender. The colonial decoration of this unit gives a touch of elegance.

Power and water went out.

I have stayed at Sonoran Sun for 10 years now. I have never had issues with Sonoran Sun. This trip my electricity and water went out. I found it difficult to bath my child and have lights on for her.

Our Experience

Overall stay was good. Really loved the pool. The room seemed to have some issues….plumbing was really rough in guest bathroom, you can’t shut off the lights in the doorway, kitchen, or living room because it makes every single light flicker and it’s really creepy. DVD player in master did not work, wouldn’t even turn on. I would stay with you guys again but I’d need to be reassured that I would have an excellent room. :)

Grerat location short on supplies

All went well with our rental except I think it's unreasonable to have to buy toilet paper and paper towels for a 4 night stay. Each toilet had 1 roll of paper and there was only one roll paper towels. I would not stay here again because the owner is unwilling to spend another 4 dollars to eliminate this situation...
