The spacious terrace provides you with your own private bird's eye view of one of the Emerald Coast's newest and most luxurious oceanfront condominium resorts. We are located in the exclusive Thomas Drive area, within minutes of world famous dining and entertainment.

This luxuriously furnished, seaside condominium sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, and a convertible queen-size mattress in the living room. The dining area seats six and is separated from the fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Pamper yourself in the master bath's whirlpool marble tub. Both bathrooms have double vanities for your vacation needs.

This condo is on the 12th floor. A $250 reservation/damage deposit is required with the signed contract. This is refunded to you after the keys have been returned and the cleaning company assures us everything was left in good condition.The rental rate is due four weeks before your stay. The keys and car passes are mailed directly to you the week before your stay.
