  We have stayed in this Condo for a number of years now and could not be happier. The owners greet us on arrival welcoming them into their home which is so nice. They point out upgrades or anything that might be a concern and as they live close by if anything should happen they would take care of it right away. The condo is very clean and well maintained as can be seen by the photos. The building is very well maintained with a full time maintenance crew and onsite office manager. The views are breathtaking and the beach in front of the condo is never crowded. If a pool and jacuzzi is your thing you won't be disappointed. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a trolley car that runs every half hour so a car is not necessary. Downtown St. Petersburg and larger shopping malls are no more than 15 to 30 minutes away by car. We highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing a hassle free stay.

  We have stayed in this Unit for a few years now and hope to continue in the future. It is a very nice, always clean, and well equipped one-bedroom with a balcony overlooking the beach. It is also within walking distance of amenities such as grocery store, library, and eateries. The owners meet us upon arrival making sure everything in the unit is in order. We are looking forward to our stay again this year and in future years.

  Just want to say the accomodations where very nice. The condo was clean and comfortable and the view of the ocean from the balcony as awesome. Some great restaurants on Gulf Blvd., the Conch, Guppys and someothers. It is near Johns Pass which has shopping and restaurants.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Wow, what a great time we had on our recent Florida getaway. This condo was just what we hoped it would be....updated, clean, and nicely appointed. The very lovely owners met us upon our arrival, showed us around and left us with a very helpful information sheet. We were surprised to find we could walk to just about everywhere we might want to go (grocery store, drug store, convenience store, ice cream, dining and even the post office). We have been coming to Florida for about 10 years and now that we have "discovered" unit # 704 at the Ocean Sands we will not stay anywhere else!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Our stay could not have been any better. We cannot wait to come back! Having traveled to Florida for many years we have found many places to not be as they were described and the photos must have been from a better time. That is not the case here! This wonderful condo is updated and neat as it can be. Being a retired couple we also found the (large) one bedroom and one and a half bath to be just the right size for us. We were so pleased to find everything we needed for our stay right down to the beach chairs. We also found the Ocean Sands to be a wonderful location which allows you to walk just about everywhere you might need to go. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Florida, and without a doubt looking for to staying in this unit.

  My wife and I stayed in this unit in May 2011 for two wonderful weeks. The condo is modernized, is well kept and beautifully furnished. The view overlooking the beautiful beach is great and it's lovely to spend the late evenings listening to the low rumble of the waves. Everything about the place is wonderful. All you need is to bring along your clothes, everything else is there. Just a short walk from all the amenities you could need and a short drive from some great shopping.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
