When you walk in the main entry, you are met with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico! What a View! Alabama Beaches look GREAT!
Entire unit furnished very nicely. Tile floors installed throughout; 2 sectionals; 42' LCD TV with DVD player in living room. Rooms repainted Sept. 2011
Granite counter tops in kitchen & both double sink bathrooms. Half bath off main hallway. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, King bed in Master Bedroom and sofa sleeper in living/dining area. Small table & chairs in dining area, with 6 bar stools at kitchen counter. Molded shower enclosures with shower curtains. 26' flat panel TV/DVD in Master Bedroom, and 19' flat panel TV/DVD in 2nd Bedroom. Both bedrooms have ample closet space with double mirrored doors. Stacked washer & dryer, and Sony IPhone dock in kitchen/living room area.
A spacious 2 bedroom and 2-1/2 bath with approximately 1,300 sq. ft of floor area.
30' x 8' deck, off the living/dining area, with wall to wall floor to ceiling tinted glass with 2 sliding doors, with unbelievable views of the Ocean.
The 6th Floor unit is located along the quiet, family oriented, sandy west beaches of Gulf Shores, Al. 2.5 miles west of the main intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd. Gulf Shores is 35 miles from Pensacola, Fl.
Sanibel Condo opened in 2007, and is located just minutes from great golfing, fishing, attractions, food, water parks & more!

We love this condo! This beautifully decorated condo is wonderful and well maintained, very clean. We enjoy the open concept in the great room and the view of the gulf is beautiful too! It truly feels like a home away from home. This property is great! Well maintained pool, excercise room, and sauna. Gulf Shores has much to offer, dining, many attractions, and of course the beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this condo, property, and Gulf Shores!! GREAT TIME!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

The stay at the condo was fabulous. Would definetly return to stay in the same condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: Ron & Pat live in Waterloo, Illinois. They own 2 child Day Care Centers in Waterloo(1994) & Quincy(2004), Illinois, enrolling almost 300 children(6 wks to 12 yrs). Ron is a former YMCA exec of 22 years, and Pat worked in retail & the YMCA in fitness related positions. They have 4 children, 3 grandchildren & 1 'on the way'.
