  This was our first vacation of 3! Out daughter is 9 months old & loved looking out at the pool & being able to crawl everywhere! We enjoyed every part of the place: it was clean, comfy & affordable! : ) Thank you, Bob! We will be back... hopefully soon!

  This was our second stay in Bob's condo. We really enjoy the great location as it is not far from the busy beach of Clearwater. There are so many things to see and do at Clearwater Beach. The poolside location of the condo unit is a big plus. We spent many hours soaking up the sun next to the pool. The condo is quite comfortable and has all the amenities you may need. Bob keeps in touch while you are there and is eager to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We had a fabulous time and we will be renting the condo again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

  My husband & I stayed 2 weeks in this studio condo. We were concerned it may be too small, but it met our needs just fine. We liked the quiet area off from the main area even though it was not right on the beach. We could walk about 4 blocks (by the IHOP & Quality Inn) and access the beach by the Quality's bar, Tropix. It was a sheltered beach and fun to watch the boats going & coming. We love to walk, so we had no problem walking to all of the good restaurants (1.5 miles or so). Our favorite close restaurant was Gondolier. Another good restaurant was Maggie Mae's over the south bridge in the strip mall. The condo was equipped OK w/kitchen utensils. We did ask Bob for a vacuum or broom, so he stopped by to unlock the cleaning closet. That helped so much, since we needed to maintain the studio for 2 weeks. The condo was surface clean and could use a thorough cleaning behind furniture & in corners, but we know Bob tries hard to keep it in good condition. We look forward to returning next year. The remodeling of the condo includes nice counter tops, flooring, and large tile shower. We appreciated the small dishwasher, too!

  We loved our visit to Clearwater, and our stay at Bayside Condos! Although it is not right on the beach, it is a VERY SHORT walk to it and other major attractions. The condo was spotless and homey. Not too small, not too big. It exceeded our expectations! Every morning, my hubby had a short swim in the pool while he waited for me to wake up. The bed was very comfy. Well done on the remodel! In addition, the owner was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. We hope to make it to Clearwater again this year and will definitely stay at Bayside Condos. Thank you!   My sister and I stayed in this lovely condo over Christmas while visiting family in Dunedin & Palm Harbor. The condo is beautifully decorated and is clean as a whistle. It is private and quiet and we almost felt like we were on a remote island. I feel lucky to have been able to stay at this property and hope to return again (and again)!

  Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Clearwater and this adorable condo that is simply perfect for any getaway. Bob was very responsive and the amenities were just a delight. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

  The condo was clean, efficient and in a nice, quiet location. It was as listed, in fact a little roomier than the pictures can display. Bob was very pleasant to work with. We would rent it again!

  I booked this condo for a six night stay and enjoyed myself so much, I extended it another two nights! Bob was great - very responsive to any and all questions leading up to my rental and then again when I asked to extend my stay. The description of his unit is spot on and the space was perfect for me. I'm a frequent visitor to Clearwater Beach, so I wasn't looking for all the hoopla of the resort hotels and the hustle of the beachwalk. The location suited me perfect, as I prefer to be closer to Sand Key. Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are both within walking distance and the condo grants good access to points north and south. It was a nice surprise to have the morning sunrise over the intercoastal. The condo is small, as specified in the listing, so I wouldn't show up with a family of five, but for smaller parties it is perfect. I made use of everything Bob offers - the beach chairs, the sun umbrella, the beach mats, the cooler, the pool, the iPod dock. The condo is clean, well laid out, and I loved the ground floor access direct to the pool. The pool is small, but I used it for a few quick dips only and spent my time at the beaches. The privacy blinds on all the rear windows/doors were GREAT - easy to open and close and kept all the light out. I even used the washer and dryer, which are nice and new. The location is nice and quiet and I felt very safe there, which was important because I was traveling alone (just a couple doors down from the Clearwater Police Station). I liked having the key code for the door, so I didn't have to carry around a key. Plenty of towels, nice clean bedding, and a super comfy bed! My vacation was an active one, so I spent my mornings running and biking. The access to Sand Key and the causeway bridge both made for great running and biking. It is safe, with sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes, and miles and miles of Gulf Coast. I also did some swimming at the Clearwater Rec Center for the awesome price of $3! I can't comment much on the dining scene, as I prepared most of my own food, but there are two options right across the street (Thai Garden which was very good and an Italian restaurant, which I did not try). There is a gas station, a drug store, and a few gift shops all close by. Bob is great. His place is great. And if I'm lucky, I'll be back...this summer maybe?!?! Thanks Bob!!!
