ATERMON1 is a two level, family- friendly, charming villa, set in a quiet environment, with a deep swimming pool, and tennis court (one of two in Santorini island)
On the first floor, it has a large, comfortable, wooden floor, master bedroom with balcony, and two windows with panoramic views, as well as a large full bathroom.
The king size bed comes with a fine quality COCOMAT mattress for extra comfort.
The living area is on the ground floor. It has a pull-out sofa for 2, a large traditional built couch, wood fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The villa has an airy veranda, a furnished pool patio, deep swimming pool-no chlorine, and a tennis court.
It is ideal for a couple, a family of 4, or a group of friends. (There is the possibility of accommodating one extra person, i.e. a child or a baby, providing you with a baby park with bedding for an extra charge of 30 euros/night)
For more than 4 people, there is always the option of the studio ATERMON 2, which accommodates another 4 people (contact the owner).
The villa is fully equipped & air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi.
The villa, with it's airy veranda and its furnished pool patio, has a panoramic 360 degree view of the island
with the settlements of Fira, Firostefani, Imerovigli and
Oia, projecting on the edge of the Caldera cliff, like a painter's white color brush stroke, streaming all along and dripping down on the sides of the unique
geophysical phenomenon, as the Caldera really is, the volcano, rising like an iris off the deep blue waters, with a couple of grayish white islets, breaking
its awesomeness, the incredible sunrises & sunsets and the endless deep blue of the ocean and the sky.
There is a graceful amount of space around the villa. Its large open areas with easy access everywhere, as well as its tennis court, make ATERMON villa unique, in a small island like Santorini...
...Add the spacious, deep pool with outdoor lounge, where you can enjoy the endless alternating images of the Caldera and its breathtaking panoramic views, unfolding in front of your eyes, hence ATERMON (the name of the villa, which means never ending), while in the pool or under the sun, plus the magnificent sunsets!... pure luxury !
The villa belongs to a 4 independent villas condo, which all share 5000 sq. meters area, swimming pool, free on site parking & tennis court.
It is surrounded by the uniquely cultivated ancient vineyards.

The location of this villa is unique. Countryside tranquility, breathtaking vistas! Yet, in a few minutes you may reach any activity offered on the island, swim at magnificent beaches with sand, pebbles or small rocks (Black beach, Red beach, White beach, Perissa beach) with crystal clear waters, or savor a local dish.
We will be happy to show you around, organize your stay, assist and make you feel at home. Of course, you may enjoy a lot of other activities, like sightseeing, bicycling, jogging, trekking, boating, sailing, canoeing, water sports, or even horse riding.

About the owner: An ex professional Graphics designer,export business person ,Certified Iridologist and Nutritional Consultant. Grew up in Athens. In Santorini since 1973,with a full Real Estate record, speak ,English, Greek and understand French, finally doing only what I like best.Giving people a respite of their usual life by providing a Healthy ,Enjoyable place , to spend a few or more days,immersed in the powerful vibrations of the island and letting all senses regain peacefully their proper tuning. From handy man's work to sketching, swimming ,reading enjoying music or cooking a gourmet meal for friends,I feel also Atermon like the view from our Villa.Starting Renting since 2011. Panos, my husband speaks Greek, English, Italian, a little German and Spanish.
Why the Owner Chose Akrotiri:
Owned property on the Caldera ,since 1973,when first arrived as a student and fell in love with the island.
Lived the life on the cliff ,when things were just gaining momentum and mixed and associated ,with the locals, who were the 99% of all population.
Santorini ,as I had envisioned then ,became focusing point for visitors from the whole planet Earth.
The townships ,like Imerovigli ,where I had my house, lost their initial 'innocence'.
In order to both be in Santorini and at the same time, be away from the main stream tourist zones, in the crowded communities of the middle Caldera,which one can visit any time but not being compelled to live there day and night, I chose the Southern Tip of the island.Scarcely developed, it is keeping its traditional color,with the fields and the ancient Vineyards surrounding my Villa.An occasional ringing of a goats bell passing,on the way to and from grazing,confirms the pastural and agricultural sense one gets about the place.Yet,still in Santorini !

I always had the idea that the location of the house is the most important thing to make me feel at home, especially in Santorini with its endless outdoor beauties (I have built a couple of homes since 1973). When I saw this charming villa with its comfortable bedroom with balcony, the pool and the cozy pool patio, facing the Caldera on the bay side and the open sea at the same time, I immediately fell in love with it. I still remember my heart throbbing with excitement as we were driving with my husband, all the way to the southern tip of the island - a pleasurable ride, balsam for the eyes!
