Beautiful Five bedroom 4 bathroom bungalow in the Orlando area.
10 minutes to downtown Disney.
Relax and have breakfast / lunch or supper in the private lania covered backyard / patio with your own pool and hot tub. Lounge on one of the chairs or sit in the partial covered patio. Or enjoy a drink while you watch the sun set.
The 5 bedrooms are set up as two master suites with King beds, dressers, night stand and televisons. Two other rooms with two single beds in each, one in blue for boys and the other in pink for girls, both have televisions w/DVD players. The 5th bedroom acts as a sitting/bedroom with a pull out double futon couch/bed, this room also has a television.
The kitchen has everything you will need to make you stay enjoyable. Blend yourself a drink and then relax to the patio. Or make your morning coffee and go for a walk thru the community.

This is a great home for large families travelling together. The home is in a great location close enough to all the parks, but away from all the crowds. Teddy was great to work with and was always just an email away! The home is lovely and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the added bonus of the ping pong table in the garage. We visited for Spring Break and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

On account of health problems I have given my rental to a friend. I was interested to find out the quality, for future reference, compared with the poblicity. He informed me tha it was just as good o0r better than advertised.. Health permitting I will try to reserve some time next winter. According to my friend it is a must place to go.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

We've stayed at this house twice in the last year. You will not be disappointed. The house was in immaculate condition (both times that we've stayed) and the pool is perfect for hot days when you don't want to venture out. Everything you need is already at the house (kitchen appliances and cutlery/place settings, laundry, entertainment, towels, high chair, etc). The gated complex is quiet and has a good community centre with a beach volleyball court and wading pool. Great location for Airport, Disney, Downtown Disney, Discovery Cove, etc. About 15 - 20 minutes via I-4, but that highway can get a little congested. Learn other routes and it will only add 5 - 10 minutes of travel. Lots of amenities within 5 minutes drive (grocery store, liquor store, drugstore, gas, pizza, dunkin donuts, chinese - the list goes on and on). Well worth the price compared to alot of other locations when you're trying to sleep two full families. The owners clearly ensure this property is well maintained (you can tell as soon as you arrive and see they have the best grass in the complex!) We will definitely be repeat renters.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We are Canadian and purchased the house in 2010. After spending many weeks over the past 10-15 years in the Orlando Area. We love to golf and this area is perfect. We would like to share the experience of our home with you. So please enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Aviana:
The Orlando area has so many different attractions. Disney, Universal Studios, sea world and shopping to name a few. Most importantly for us the golf. You can drive to either coast in 50 minutes. If you want to spend the day on the beach.
The resort community of Aviana is a newer community built in 2006 with a beautiful club house / pool area.
