Vacation Rental Description: Beautifully constructed home close to Airport. Newly Constructed Home with modern furniture throughout the home. Dining room/Living room. Small Bar. 4 Bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom features a King size bed, private bath, generous closet space, and private entrance to the pool area. The other 3 bedrooms feature a queen size bed. An extra room with a sectional couch. All rooms have flat screen TVs, including the extra room. The Living room has a 60 inch flat screen with a Blueray player equipped with Netflix. The 2nd living room offers a 55 inch flat screen TV which you can enjoy while lounging outside under the patio. Fully functional kitchen, a Kenmore gas range plus refrigerator and microwave. Quiet residential neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs with breathtaking views of the nearby mountain ranges. Pool and Spa have been upgraded to Salt Water instead of the fresh water chlorine.

This place is a steal! We were looking for a place that would comfortably hold 10 people and was still affordable. Casa de Via Escuela was wonderful. I thought it looked better in person than in the photos actually. The kitchen was very spacious and located close to the living room and dining room. This allowed everyone to interact as we cooked which was very nice. Armen was great to work with! We really didn't run into a single problem. I was nervous to do a vacation rental because I had never done one before and I was scared about fraud. However, I called HomeAway and they said they had worked with this leasing company (Red Curb Investments) for a long time and had never had any complaints from renters.Did you find this review helpful? Our first time renting a home for our annual palm springs cheer competition! Was a bit nervous and wasn't sure exactly what to bring to make it comfortable for our family and friends. Good thing is we just brought us and normal change of clothes etc. The home had absolutely everything you need away from home. So clean and so nice and Perfect for our weekend getaway. Our family met at this property and were very pleasantly surprised to find it was immaculately clean, with all the amenities listed in the ad. The beds were comfortable and the location well situated. The house was exactly what our family needed for our gathering. In addition, the communication with Armen, at Red Curb, was easy with prompt replies to our emails. We booked this property for the holiday weekend for a group of 8 people at a very reasonable rate. I would use both HomeAway and rent this property again. I have visited Palm Springs often but never used HomeAway before. In evaluating the management company there were a few items that stood out. First, during the process of setting up the rental I worked with Armen and he set the tone of our relationship early on by being timely in all communication. I was never left wondering about anything. He provided feedback very quickly. Second, once we checked into the property we had an issue with the hot tub and I contacted Armen and within a few hours the issue was resolved on a Saturday without me having to follow-up a hundred times (to me that is priceless). After travelling for nearly 30 hours it was lovely to walk into a spacious, clean and inviting home. The heated pool was an added benefit when my son and grandson came to visit. Not having a car on arrival was nota problem as grocery stores and the necessities were within walking distance, as was a bus stop, if required. Loved the quality of linen and abundance of towels. BBQ was also a pleasant surprise. Loved being able to see the mountains. TV and DVD in every room bedroom was a bonus. With 4 bedrooms it is an ideal place for family and friends to gather. This was the first time I've been to Palm Springs and the first time renting a house. I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to book the property and the professionalism of the staff. The house was great....actually better than described. Parking was no problem and the neighbors were quiet. My only suggestion would be to have instructions on how to use some of the great technology (bluetooth speakers, etc.) in the house. Luckily, I'm tech savvy but it did take some time to learn.
