  Drawn to San Felipe for the fishing and needing accommodations we found this property on the web. I called the owner and he convinced us to rent the property for a week. It was a great decision. My wife and I shared the property with two other families. The eight of use had ample space as the house had several areas to just hang out. Being right on the beach, kids loved playing on the sand. The water is warm and spectacularly clear and blue. Very impressed with the house, the furnishings are new and that everything worked. The kitchen is terrific, well equipped so we elected to eat several meals at home. It was great having the option to cook steaks on the roof terrace grill. The selection of videos left by the owners was a pleasant surprise. The only negative one of the A/C units wasn’t working well. Called the local property manager she arranged to have it repaired the day we called.

  We just got back from our vacation and we literally did not want to leave the house is beautiful , clean and provides every comfort you can need . The neighbor was friendly and very helpful. It was private and so relaxing definitely the best rental on the beach!

  This house was incredible! It was just two of us and we almost felt guilty about having so much unused space. It is definitely a great house for a group and entertaining. That said, we didn't feel too guilty. Watching morning sunrises from the master bedroom while laying in bed is sublime and the rooftop grill was a wonderful place to enjoy sunsets and star gaze. The location is fairly remote, which we enjoyed. You see people on the beach from time to time and the occasional buggy or bike goes by, but it really feels like the miles of sand are all yours. It was quiet. It was serene. It was lovely. As far as booking... Doug was very communicative and patient as I tried to figure out my vacation dates. Once my stay was confirmed, he was a wealth of information about where to shop and dine in San Felipe. Thank you so much, Doug! Stay here and you may not want to leave (I surely didn't)!

  After many trips to the San Felipe area, we are delighted to discover Casa Grande! Situated just far enough from town to provide the quiet solitude that we crave, yet close enough to not stress about running in for groceries or supplies. Well appointed, with nice furniture throughout, the home provides ample room to relax. 4 bedrooms and a clever layout means you can spend quality time with friends & family yet still have all the privacy you need. Our favorite feature is the fantastic rooftop deck, it is headquarters for taking in the sea views and incredible star gazing. The property manager and the owner are legit and fair to deal with. The property is priced perfectly, and equipped satisfactorily. We did not use the internet or the television, instead we read, sunbathed, walked, engaged in clever conversation and did some off-roading. Looking forward to returning soon.

  Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. The home was clean, spacious, incredibly beautiful and nicely furnished. The owner is also very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. He was nice enough to let us change our reservation dates after a family tragedy prevented us from traveling as originally planned. We highly recommend renting this home for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We are looking forward to returning here next year.

  While the property is a newer built home, there are all kind of problems with the property; You have to pay for the water [ anything above 1200 gallons ] which is how much water you have when you arrive, each load will cost you from 300 to 300 Pesos, so the hot-tub is just for looks, the stove does not deliver high heat [ neither does the oven!!! so forget about baking a nice pizza!! ] The property does not have Wifi, they " borrow " the signal from one of the neightbors so it is SLOW!!, the AC's [ there are 3 of them ] can not be run at the same time [ Big House, Small Electrical Panel & BRAINS!! ] . The TV connection works whenever it feels like & the owners just get VERY, VERY, Basic channels, so forget about any premium channels or FOX. We have rented property in Mexico fr the past 20 years and for a house of this size & weekly cost it lacks basic luxury items. I would never recommend this property to my worse enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This house on the beach was simply amazing. The views were way Fabulous and the beach was very clean and perfect. My children were able to swim on this warm beach. We had such a great time that I have every intention of coming back!!! I felt like we were in a resort. We had Gloria cook for us one day and it was wonderful. The house has spacious rooms and living area. My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!! :)

  Everything from this vacation was a great experience beginning with the owner's attentiveness to make sure everything was right on track. The home is beautiful and very spacious it is perfect for a vacation getaway. Me and my family are definitely considering our vacation home each time we visit San Felipe.

  Casa Grande in San Felipe was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Sea of Cortez. It has amazing views and, the beach is super clean nice place to just relax and enjoy. The house it self is top of the line, to good to be true. Everybody that went loved the house. If you have atv's or rzr's you will be able to enjoy your toys. You have many trails near by were you can take your toys. Make sure you take advantage of Gloria the very nice lady that can cook for you. She made us fresh Tortillas and everything that you can imagine for a great cookout. She's a plus to the house and a very helpful person. The balcony is one of the best things the house has to offer, so make sure you take food to cook on the grill. I’m already planning another trip so San Felipe and hopefully I get to stay in this great house again.

  The house was one of the best we ever had (travelling with VRBO and HomeAway for almost 20 years around the world). The house is lovely located on the stuning beach where you cannot see almost any people. It is just a few steps away from water with no view obstructions. The pictures and the description given by the owner do not reflect even 30% of what you can expect - amazing and extraoridinary sunrises where all you need is to pull up your head from the pillow. Interior of the haouse is equiped with all what you need to ensure no haedache during your holidays. I personally love the see view from jazucci located openly to the master bedroom. I would recommend this house for everybody who seeks some lonelyness just on the beach with a house offering comfort and luxury. I do recommend to ask for a house claening lady to cook when you stay there while she has outstaning skill with preparation of mexican dishes (try sea food). Reagards and many thaks to Doug (owner) as well.
