This almost 1700 square foot private home is in the quiet Mountainside Area of Frisco and has access to the clubhouse, with indoor pool, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. In addition this home has a private 4 person hot tub on its back deck. It has a full size washer/dryer, full kitchen, and one car garage. New paint, and new furniture make this a very cozy get a way. The views out of all the windows are unobstructed to the mountains that surround this home! Listen to the small creek that is at the back of this property.

Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom has a king bed. It has a full bath as well as walk-in closet. There is a 32" TV in this room. . The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a second full bath just outside this bedroom. The lower bedroom has a set of bunk beds, with a double bed on bottom and twin on top. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the lower family room as well as a day bed.

Floor Plan: The family room has a queen sofa sleeper and another sofa that sit in front of the new gas fireplace and the new flat screen TV/DVD. There is a sliding door to access the over sized deck with the private hot tub. There dining area has a table and six chairs and there are three bar stools at the breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. All cooking utensils are supplied. There is a gas grill on the back deck.
