The Lagoon IS your backyard with a private dock to swim,kayak,scull, hot tub, sail or just relax. The house has a solarium dining room, Mexican tile floors, wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings with multi-level lagoon decks and Hot Springs spa on the lagoon.
Game room includes cable TV, pool table/ping pong, foosball table, bikes, scooters, basketball. 60 feet of dock on the lagoon, take a relaxing ride in the kayaks, scull or sail if you have experience. Play tennis on private courts. Walk to the Beach.
The house is fully-equipped for comfort and relaxation with two fireplaces & radiant heat. Enjoy the gardens around the house and choose shade or sun for your relaxation. This is a belated review and I'm compelled to do so because I rented this place last year for the 4th of July weekend only to find that it is taken this year! That's right, I wanted to go back. Honestly, the best holiday weekend at this light filled house that is cozy and fun. We had the best time hanging out in the hot tub, taking the kayaks out on the lagoon, playing pool and making dinners in the big kitchen. Our host was also incredibly nice and allowed us our little black dog to come along for the festivities. I'm hoping to get my paws on this place next year!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This property was ideal for a 40th birthday getaway with friends and family. This is a gorgeous spot, a well maintained and pretty house and all the "toys" - kayaks, bikes, pool table, etc. - made for a very fun stay. Everyone was quite comfortable and the owner was very accomodating. We rented another property across the lagoon and were able to kayak between the houses, which was a blast. Thank you for such a memorable weekend for all. We'll be back!

Spent our 34th anniversary and son's 29th birthday at a bit of paradise. Very peaceful and serene. Loved the house and surrounding area. We were trying to choose between a house right on the ocean beach and the lagoon house, we made the right choice. Fully loaded kitchen for a gourmet cook. Great place for a family.
