This vacation rental provides a spacious and private king bed master suite on the second floor with a TV and bathroom with a jetted tub and a large walk-in closet. A cozy second bedroom with a double bed and TV with adjacent bath is on the main floor. The pull-out sofa in the living room has a comfortable "memory foam" mattress!
Kitchen/Dining and Living Rooms
You can dine in! This unit includes a full kitchen with all the necessities and a dining room with lake views. The spacious and comfortable open concept living room has a large flat screen TV and large DVD movie library, gas fireplace and it opens to a large deck overlooking Lake Pepin. A telescope and binoculars in the unit let you zoom in on the abundant wildlife. This is a family-friendly rental with board games, cards and DVDs especially for children!
Bedding, towels, soap, shampoo and similar amenities are also provided. In-unit washer/dryer.
This unit is not handicapped accessible; it is accessed by a staircase and the unit is a 2-level apartment. No pets and no smoking is allowed in this resort property.

We live in southern Wisconsin and first discovered Lake City in 2000 by "walking around Lake Pepin" (72 miles), a bucket list item. After that walk, Lake City became as close to heaven as we can rightfully expect to achieve.

What an awesome view of Lake Pepin! Very relaxing; the beauty of God's creation -- wonderful. Two brothers and our wives had a great time. We'll be back.

Three generations had a great time here. We went sightseeing, the Eagle Center and walking around town. Perfect fall days and a beautiful place to stay. Loved it all! Hope to be back next year.

Recently enjoyed 2 nights/3 days with close friends for a golfing vacation. What a treat upon entering the condo - the unit is pristine and tastefully decorated with new furnishings throughout. We all immediately felt at home and were blown away by the stunning water views from the large deck. The entire complex is clean, well-kept and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. With 3 championship courses within 15-20 minutes, as well as 3 charming local courses, we were in golfer's heaven. Add to all this--a fine restaurant--onsite. Again, with beautiful lake views. I can't say enough about how comfortable and well-cared for this unit is. The owners obviously care about their guests. We will be back!

We arrived at Lake Pepin for a sisters getaway weekend, not knowing exactly what to expect. We were overwhelmed as soon as we opened the door to the spectacular view of the lake. The beautiful sunrise the following morning made us want to get out and explore the city and surrounding area. Chickadee Cottage was indeed a delightful restaurant and would definitely recommend it, especially for breakfast. The property was much more than any of us anticipated, very warm and inviting with plenty of room and all the amenities one could ask for. I have recommended this location to many family members and I look forward to our next sisters weekend.
