You can't get any closer to the town lift and we loved walking down the street to access the restaurants and shops. The in-building ski shop was also really convenient. Condo was great and we enjoyed the indoor hot tub and fireplace too. Really nicely decorated -- made is seem more of a home than a rental. Laundry also great to have. Owners were also really responsive with any questions. All made for a perfect vacation!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Our stay was exceptional overall! The information sent prior to our arrival was very self-explanatory, and was exactly as it was described. The condo was very clean, and beautiful! The location was right on Main street, within walking distance to everything we needed/wanted to do. We all agreed we'd very highly recommend this property to friends & family without a doubt! Thanks Park City for an amazing weekend!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We truly enjoyed Mat and Catie's wonderful condo. Very comfortable and well decorated. The location was great. So easy to get skis right in the building and then jump on the lift. Skiing back was simple. Great location for walking to dining in town. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

I stayed at this condo with my husband and my father/stepmother the week of Christmas and New Year's Eve. I've never written a review of a place we've stayed in the past (we stay at different resorts every Holiday week), but this condo was so perfect that it was worth speaking about. First, for those of you, like me, who like me have not stayed in the valley since the Olympics, I struggled with whether to stay at a true ski-in-ski-out or a place on Main Street, since Park City is not like the traditional mountain where the apres-scene is at the slopeside. This condo carries the BEST of both worlds. There is a ski shop (with some of the friendliest, most knowledgable ski techs we've ever met), a lift ticket window, and place to get a latte, and a lift to the slope atTHIS CONDO. We've never stayed at a more convenient place. Yo could literally ski homeward bound to the door of the condo. And if we wanted to hop on the shuttle to DV, the bus terminal for the city is a block away. So there really is no reason to rent a car, even though if you have one, the parking space included in this condo is equally convenient. Aside from the convenience of the skiing, the convenience of the restaurants and nightlife is unparallelled to anywhere else we could have stayed. We were at the heart of Main Street, across the street from Robert Redford's restaurant and another amazing eatery called Mustang, and two blocks from the No Name Saloon (our favorite apres spot). Unfortunately, the snow was abysmal, but fortunately, we were perfectly placed so that we could enjoy the shopping, galleries and restaurants in Old Town--all steps from the door of the condo. As far as the interior appointments, we were delighted at how well taken care of the place was. We loved having our rooms spaced on opposite sides of the condo - two completely equal master suites and so much room that nobody was uncomfortable all week. There were flat screens in every room, plus full cable was SO nice, and we loved watching movies from the DVD collection in front of the fireplace. I am a linen snob so was worried about that, but the thread count was good and the comforters were Ralph Lauren, which made me happy. There were also extra blankets pillows and linens in case there are more than 4 ppl. Finally, the bathrooms had brand new huge tubs and a great shower. I am so happy we have found this condo and plan to be a regular. Look no further than this condo for an amazing vacay!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

I highly recommend this condo and am excited to return next year. First and foremost, the convenience factor is unparalleled. The condo is located right on main street which is very easy to find from the highway. The complex has easy to access parking spots for guests under the building, sheltered from the snow. Just as important, the town center ski lift is right outside the front door of the complex. We literally only had to walk about 10 ft. before we put on our skis and jumped on the ski lift. And if you don’t want to ski the Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley is only a few minutes away. As far as the amenities inside the condo, I have absolutely no complaints. The spacious condo is decorated well with big screen TVs and a fully functional kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and wonderful after a long day of skiing. We are definitely going back and couldn’t have been happier with Catie and Mat’s hospitality. The whole process was seamless and easy, beginning to end.Did you find this review helpful? From the minute we booked our stay at the condo planning and vacationing was effortless. The owners supplied us with detailed directions and condo information, along with fantastic color on local restaurants and nightlife. The condo itself was comfortable and luxurious-fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay-from kitchen equipment and utensils to extra linens. The location is prime-you can literally catch the lift from the building as well as pick up your ski or board rentals from the in house shop (which gave us 20% off!). Dinners and drinks are just as easy as you can just stroll up Main Street to the best restaurants, bars and shops Park City has to offer. Flip on the switch to light the fireplace and watch your cares go up in smoke-the perfect ski get away!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

There are many positive and detailed reviews here already so I won't revisit all the standard points. I'll just say that we had a wonderful time here at this lovely property. Everything was nice, clean and comfortable. No complaints at all and will stay here again. Catie and Mat were a pleasure to deal with and their attention to detail and availability to answer questions were ideal in making the transaction a "piece of cake".Did you find this review helpful? A couple of my friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental while in Park City. It was amazing. Overall, the condo was very clean, spacious, and cozy, with a modern twist. The living room area is great after a long day of activities, when all you want to do is sit down and relax. There is a TV/DVD player/sound system and a large dining room table. The kitchen was great for those who want to cook a nice meal, and the fridge space was plenty for all the wine we decided to take up...or for the leftovers from eating out. :) The kitchen also has bar stools at the kitchen bar. The bedrooms had nice sheets, roomy beds, and good pillows. Also, I’m the type of person that gets cold very easily, but this location keeps its temperature very well. My being cold was not an issue anywhere inside the condo. You can tell that the couple that owns and rents out this property takes pride in their "home away from home." I have stayed at quiet a few vacation rentals, and have been surprised at the conditions. Now that I have stayed in this one, I'm not sure I'm going to be able to stay anywhere else that is not on par with this location. If you’re going to be in Park City, and don’t want to stay in a hotel, or want to try something different, I highly recommend this rental.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The condo was very nice with all of the things you'd expect at home. It's location is great, right on the main street of action in Park City, whether it's daytime with the street fair at your doorstep or nighttime with restaurants and bars a very short walk up the avenue. I highly recommend staying here especially in the off-season as an alternative to staying anywhere in SLC.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
