Perfect location for a great price
Perfect location for a great price
We stayed in this condo in late August, 2011. My husband and I have 4 kids under 12 and this was a great alternative to staying in a hotel. It was nice to have a full kitchen and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The condo is well-maintained and well-equipped. It's also very cozy. The location is ideal, as it's within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and walking trails. It's directly across the street from the Hyatt, so you can still enjoy a lot of their amenities. This was our first experience with renting directly from the owner, and it was very easy. We would recommend this to others and will likely return next summer.

Location, Location, Location that's what this condo has plus so much more. It's in the heart of Incline Village directly across from the Hyatt and within easy walking distance to paths, the beach, grocery store and Recreation Center. If your there in the summer you can get a pass for Ski beach which is only open to residences and their guests. The condo is nicely appointed, well cared for and very clean. The owner has supplied brochures of activities in the area and is very helpful, friendly and honest.

I have been hearing about Lake Tahoe for many, many years and been yearning to visit. I had an opportunity recently to visit and OMG it’s a beautiful place, right now the autumn season is in full swing...the trees are changing colors and they’re breath taking, I was especially in ha admiring the majestic Sierra Pine Trees they’re breath taking and the area smell so fresh and clean, the air was crisp not too cold but nice. We stay at *1000 Lake Shore, Incline Village*, wow the property was amazing, very charming and it is exactly right across the street from the Hyatt and a hop, skip and a jump from the lake/beach. This area provides specious trails for walking, jogging & biking and easy access to various restaurant s and grocery stores around the area. If you are looking for a home away, from home this property is a MUST, we found it to be charming and very comfortable, clean and well maintained, great view from the windows, you will get a glimpse of the various birds, squirrels & Chipmunks and the beautiful Sierra Pine Trees are unbelievable. If you’re like me and would like a place to prepare a home cook meal every once in a while the Kitchen is stock with all the necessary kitchen gadgets from Blender/Food Processor, Turkey Baking Pan to Waffle maker just to name to few. The property is very, very homey and cozy. We look forward in coming back and staying at this property in the very near future. Another side note; if you haven’t been to Lake Tahoe during Autumn/Fall I would recommend that you add it to your list, believe me the colors of the trees are just delightful to see. While there visit The Big Water Grille Restaurant in Incline Village…very good food and the view is magnificent (make reservation for dinner). You will also have access to the recreation facility just about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the property, which accommodates you with an Olympic swimming pool, yoga classes, cycling etc….very, very nice facility. I would definitely recommend this property (1000 Lake Shore, Incline Village), the owner(s) are very helpful and friendly and easy to work with.

Location couldn't be better - wonderful bike or walking path right across the street and very close to the two beaches open to you during your stay in the summer. (It's also close to skiing slopes in the winter.) Across the street is the Hyatt, a fun property to explore. The condo is extremely clean, tidy and comfortable. And its galley-sized kitchen is amazingly well equipped with every appliance and cooking utensil you would ever need on vacation. The owner has stocked the condo with all kinds of brochures to familiarize yourself with the area and will answer questions promptly if you call.. It's a great place to relax or to immerse yourself in all the activities the Lake offers.

About the owner: We purchased our condo when our son was 5, he is now in college. We try to spend as much time as we can at the Lake. We have so many happy memories of times spent at the beach, the playground and pool area as well as biking along Lakeshore Blvd and playing tennis at the Recreation Center. In the winter months we enjoy cross country skiing or just relaxing and playing games or reading a good book in front of a cozy fire.
