  Two stars for location and maintenance. It is a nicely located condo, about 10 minutes from the strip and very close to a lot of shopping. The condo was clean and well maintained, and it looks exactly as it does in the photos. Aside from those two things I would never stay in this condo again, and would not recommend it to any of my friends, or relatives. There is a large barking dog in the condo immediately next door. Don't stay here if you intend to eat a lot of meals in the condo as the supplies are sadly lacking, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap, no paper towel, no oven ware, 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 plates etc. It might sleep 7, but 7 people certainly could not eat here (unless it was takeout). And I won't even mention the toilet paper, aside from the fact that the owner apparently expects you to bring your own! The worst problems are actually with the owner himself. The owner did not take payments as instructed. In fact, if it were not for me reminding him it would not have happened at all. I had to follow up with him constantly, and even after our trip was done I had to follow up with him to get our deposit back, as it was not returned when it was supposed to be. The owner's response was always "I thought that had been taken care of". All in all a very unfortunate experience. I think the owner needs to consider handing off property management as he is obviously way too busy to manage this property.

  The home was absolutely perfect! It was just what we needed for our four week stay in Vegas. It was wonderful to have a comfortable and quiet home to come back to, rather than a tiny hotel room. The home was tastefully decorated and well equipped, including a baby crib, HD TV and computer. Location was perfect, close to Red Rock Canyon, Red Rock Casino, good shopping and great restaurants. Owners were very quick and responsive to answer any questions we had. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Vegas. Thank you!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Our experience with this rental was excellent from start to finish! The owner was easy to contact and kept in touch with us. The condo itself is very clean, nicely furnished (comfy beds too) and stocked and the grounds and pool are immaculately kept. Also to our surprise it was very quiet - we did not hear the people above or beside us at all! It is very easy to get around from this location and there are gas stations, food stores, restaurants, etc. all around. We would definitely stay again.

  I was kind of reluctant in renting someone's home for vacation. However, i'm so glad i did. The owner, Trevor, was great. He answered all my questions promptly and as our trip approached sent follow up emails. This location is great. The grounds are beautiful. The kids loved the pool. The condo is newly remodeled. It had enough room to fit 5 of us comfortably. One of the great things about this place was the location. Although we were in Vegas, we felt like we were in our own resort without the thousands of people who visit the strip. We were close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to rent it again.

  The owner is great to work with, and had a very smooth transaction. The place is quiet and away from everything just as he said it was. Great pool with hot tub, and very clean and well kept. Great spot for my family and we would go back anytime. Highly recemended
