Crescent Shores is the condo you have been looking to rent for years. It was built in 2004 and has every upgrade imaginable. The kitchen and bathroom counters are granite, the floors in the hallways, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms are ceramic tile. There is a 27 ft balcony off from the living room as well as the master bedroom. This is a end unit on the 6th floor so you can see the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo. The beach is right outside your door. Every amenity is included in this full package condominium.
The kitchen is equiped with microwave, dishwasher, oven with radiant cooktops, solid wood cabinets and granite counter tops. There is a Washer and Dryer outside of the kitchen to offer you the convenience of keeping up with your laundry. The living room has a 52" T.V. with DVD Player
The non-smoking condo has two queen size beds in two bedrooms, one queen bed in third bedroom, and one king bed in Master bedroom. The bedrooms are all adorned with solid wood furniture and Cable T.V.'s. Master Bath has a whirlpool tub with granite surround, and a seperate shower, double vanity, and granite counter tops. The other two bathrooms have granite countertops and bathtub/shower combo.
Crescent Shores has a 200 foot lazy river, 110 foot Oceanfront Pool, Kiddie Pool, Indoor heated pool, two oversize Oceanfront Hot Tubs. The pools are heated in the off season so you never have to worry that it is too cold. It also has a Fitness/Exercise room.
The location is the most sought after at the beach, 5 minutes from Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Grand Prix is also 5 minutes from the condo which is a kids favorite. Across the street from the condo is a surf shop, Mr. G's icecream and grill, and a convenient store.

The layout of the unit was nice. We had 5 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. The unit was in dire need of a good cleaning - the carpets were stained and the bed covers were dirty. The balcony view was very nice but the furniture was cheap and one of the four chairs was broken. Most other units had nicer outdoor furniture and more chairs (a 4 bedroom units can expect more than 4 guests). The location was nice as it was easy to get to restaurants and evening activities. The pool was clean. Overall, we liked the complex but would try a different unit due to the cleanliness
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location was great. View was beautiful. Our group had a fantastic vacation. Would definitely stay here in the future. Condo was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated.

This is a beautiful condo with a well stocked kitchen and elegant furniture. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. Great view from the balcony. We'll plan on returning.
