Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Old Seagrove Beach 1/3 mile from Seaside, Fountain Blue is a large home that offers the perfect accommodations for your family vacation – 4 large bedrooms/4 baths – sleeps 14. All the rooms in are located on one level (two steps between house and sun room), facilitating elderly people and small children. Private steps to the beach right out the sun room door.
The large tiled sunroom offers panoramic Gulf views and features a twin trundle bed – sleeping 2, comfortable wicker seating and sunset views. Large tiled great room adjacent to kitchen/dining area with wrap-around bar makes this the perfect home for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The fully stocked tiled kitchen features two ovens, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The glass top dining table seats up to 10. An additional round game table located in the open living area can seat 4 more. Great room features comfortable, new rattan seating arrangements including a queen sofa bed which sleeps 2, love seat, 2 swivel side chairs and coffee table. Entertainment center includes TV, DVD, and stereo/CD player. Wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy environment in winter months. High speed internet.
King bedroom offers ample closet space, TV, swivel side chair, ceiling fan and private bath with tub/shower. Queen bedroom features TV, chaise lounge and private bath with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms are situated away from the living area for quiet adult privacy or teen/children activities. The twin bedroom has 2 beds, TV (game use only, no cable) and private bath with walk-in shower. Two full-sized beds are in the 4th bedroom which also has a TV and a private bath with walk-in shower.
Large washer/dryer. Side courtyard features outdoor seating and charcoal BBQ grill. One car may park in garage plus off street parking for 4 additional cars. Private steps to the beach. New wooden deck outside sun room runs entire length of house facing beach. Outdoor shower.
