Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Old Seagrove Beach 1/3 mile from Seaside, Fountain Blue is a large home that offers the perfect accommodations for your family vacation – 4 large bedrooms/4 baths – sleeps 13. All the rooms are located on one level (two steps between house and sun room), facilitating elderly people and small children. Private steps to the beach right out the sun room door. Recent upgrades include new tile floors in the common areas and a new air conditioning system. Enjoy sweeping beach views and spectacular sunsets from your gulf front deck!
The large tiled sun room offers panoramic gulf views and features a twin bed, multiple comfortable wicker seating options and amazing gulf and beach views. Large tiled great room adjacent to kitchen/dining area with wrap-around bar makes this the perfect home for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The fully equipped tiled kitchen features electric range, frig, microwave, and dishwasher. The glass top dining table seats up to 10. An additional round game table located in the open living area can seat 4 more. Great room features comfortable, rattan seating arrangements including a queen sofa bed which sleeps 2, love seat, 2 side chairs and coffee table. Entertainment center includes TV, DVD, and stereo/CD player. Wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy environment in winter months. Wireless internet connectivity.
King master bedroom offers ample closet space, TV, 2 swivel side chairs, ceiling fan and private bath with tub/shower. Second king bedroom features TV, chaise long and private bath with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms are situated away from the living area for quiet adult privacy or teen/children activities. The third king bedroom has TV and private bath with walk-in shower. Two full-sized beds are in the fourth bedroom which also has a TV and a private bath with walk-in shower.
Large washer/dryer. Side courtyard features outdoor seating and charcoal BBQ grill. Gulf front deck outfitted with multiple loungers and chairs. Driveway parking for 4 to 5 cars. Private steps to the beach. Outdoor shower.
Monthly rentals are available during the winter rate season only. Events, such as weddings, are allowed for additional fee.

Thank you for allowing us a great week of memories in your lovely home! Came for our son's wedding and it was a perfect place for both our families to stay. Loved the house, deck & private beach for our "dream beach wedding". Made many wonderful memories of a very special time for our family.

We loved the wonderful view, especially when dolphins were present. The kitchen was so well supplied we were able to do some baking and more cooking than usual. Thank you for sharing your great home.

Thank you for an excellent vacation. We enjoyed the week on the water - before the wedding - ceremony, in the breezes and sand, on the beach. Reception - dining on the deck under a starry, starry night - food inside. This has been a perfect location - and a great week. Fountain Blue was the ideal location for a wedding and reception! Weather was perfect and water was calm - many good memories made!
