My husband and I stayed here with my parents. It was very nice for each couple to have there own bedroom and bathroom. We also enjoyed the nice private deck. The view was unbelievable. It felt like we were right at home. It was so much better than staying in a hotel/motel. The decorations were very nice. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend staying in the condo.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from Branson last night after spending Friday and Saturday nights (11-28-08) at your condo, the Ranch House. It was absolutely wonderful and we thank you so much. I'm so pleased I found your website when I was planning a getaway weekend for ourselves, our youngest daughter and her family. When we pulled up in front and saw the welcoming entryway we were all smiles but when we turned the key in the door and stepped inside we knew we had ourselves a winning place to stay. We enjoyed every moment there and it was so much more pleasant than just a motel/hotel room somewhere. I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful condo you rented to us (we were in the Lodge from 11/25 to 12/1). It was just perfect and we really appreciated it. We have passed along your information to a number of friends and relatives. It was so great having such a comfortable, homey place to stay while we were so far away from home. Our son is in the Teen Challenge boys adolescent program in Branson West (Teen Challenge Ozarks Boys Academy). We highly recommended it to other parents traveling in to visit their boys. We have stayed in these condos twice now, and they are fast becoming our favorite place to stay in Branson. The complex is far enough out of town to avoid the traffic but close enough to run into town for a show or shopping. The condos are very nice and offer anything a guest could possibly need to make it a week away from home. We highly recommend them.

We highly recommend these condos. They were very clean and comfortable. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The condos are far enough away from the downtown area to allow us lots of quiet time, yet close enough to be convenient to the shows and local attractions. We enjoyed just spending a day reading and taking naps. We especially appreciated the extra things that were provided that kept us from making numerous trips to the store. The condo's furnishings made us feel so comfy, just like being at home!!! We look forward to another trip soon.

We were so pleased that we didn't want to leave. We have rented other units in the Notch development and none compared with this. It was in perfect condition and decorated so beautifully. We really enjoy coming to the Branson area, but this was the first time we stayed in a condominium. This time we met my brother and his family there. Larry & Joan were very gracious. Everything about the accommodations and our hosts was far beyond our expectations. The children loved the swimming pools and we felt like it was a very safe environment for the children to be in. It really seemed like the children were welcome in the community. Everyone made some very good memories. Thank you Larry & Joan ! We will certainly be back!

We all enjoyed our stay last week at the Ranch (plus an additional night at the John Wells condo). This Branson West location made it easy to get to/from the things we wanted to see and do, and it was always so comfortable to come back to at the end of the day. Will definitely be back.

Loved the location and the condo. We were EXTREMELY surprised and pleased with the "fully equipped" kitchen. We are used to having to supply the little things like salt, pepper, napkins, dishwashing liquid, condiments, etc. We also were very appreciative to have a washer and dryer available--brought our own supplies and realized there was already laundry supplies there. We will definitely be back. Larry and Joan were very gracious in their communication with us. Larry happened to need to come by the condo to check on the internet access. He asked permission to come in and when my husband said, "Of course. It is your condo." Larry replied, "This week it is YOUR condo." Needless to say, that impressed us greatly.

This will be an unusual review because we didn't actually stay at this condo. We made reservations as part of plans to celebrate my parent's 60th anniversary. Sadly, Mom passed away about one month before we were scheduled to go to Branson. We notified Larry that we would be unable to use the condo. He made a super effort to rent it and refunded our payment. We couldn't have asked for better treatment at a very sad time in our lives. If the condo is as nice as the owners, it's a winner.

We spent a week in Branson. The condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was so nice to be able to go "home" each evening. We were able to eat almost all our meals at the condo, which saved us a small fortune. Mr. and Mrs. Lichlyter were very pleasant in their communications.We look forward to another stay in their condos in the future.

Hi Mr.Larry and Ms. Joan our stay at the conda June 7 - 9 was great. I had seen the pictures on the web right before we left and thought surely it can't look like that. It was that and more. We all loved it, my girls loved their room. My middle child told me that the conda fitted us. We love the outdoor esp. fishing so the decorations were just for us. I know other will enjoy it too. Thanks for all of the heads up on the shows. The only one we seen was Shephard of the Hills, front row seats, we all enjoyed it. Of course Silver Dollar city was a big hit with our two girls. We love this place! It was our first trip to Branson and having this wonderful condo to stay in was icing on the cake! Absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay is there for you. Just had to bring our clothes and any food we wanted to cook and we were set! We plan to try and go back and plan to stay in one of your condos when we return. My family and I stayed at the Homestead condo Fall 2007. It was very cozy and peaceful. Our family had plenty of room. The accommodations were quite nice and it's a great deal for the price. We would recommend the Homestead property to anyone and we will be staying again.

We have been going to Branson for over 10 yrs and have always stayed at this condo. As always, we had a wonderful time. The condo is very user friendly. I liked the fact that we received information about stuff to do in Branson. Especially the lake. Out of all of the years that we have been there and all of the hiking that we have done we had never been to the lake. It was lovely. But beware, the walk back up is a killer! Our 15 & 19 yr. old boys enjoyed seeing their mom & dad struggle. It was a nice family day. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to decompress and spend time together as a family. Oh yeah, we appreciate the price of the condo. It doesn't 'break' the bank to stay there. Can't wait for the next time!

We stayed during Silver Dollar City's Christmas time. It was wonderful. We even saw eagles flying in the mornings over the rolling hills. The condo's were quiet and nice. There were even great trails to walk on.

We have been coming to Branson for a week in the fall for many years now. We have stayed at 2 or 3 other places before we found you. We have stayed in the Homestead and also the Hideaway twice. We have enjoyed the condo all three times we have come and have no plans to look any further. The price is right, the location is right, it is always clean and well supplied. We stay 8 nights so it is important to us that it feel like home. My brother and sister-in-law and my husband and myself truely enjoy the space, decor and the guys the TV's.(can't be without sports you know) It is fun to support Christian's and your faith is obvious when you walk in. Comment Text: Our stay was in June 07. The condo was lovey, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. The whole family loved it and can't wait to stay again. Walmart was close and made it easy to pick up a few groceries. The kids enjoyed the pool. We all loved the deck, sighting hummingbirds, and just sitting out and relaxing. Anne

This was and is a tremendous getaway for us. As Pastors we need a place of quiet solitude for a week each year. My mother, aunt, sister-in-law and I LOVE to go to Branson to shop at the outlet malls. We usually get two hotel/motel rooms and double up. We were so pleased to stay at the Eagle's Nest Condo this last trip. It was WONDERFUL to sit in the livingroom, or out on the deck,and enjoy fixing our meals TOGETHER!!! I know we saved precious shopping money because we chose to eat at the Condo most of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. We all had very comfortable beds and plenty of room to just relax. It was just the best trip ever! WE SURE WANT TO GO BACK!!! Thank you Larry and Joan, and Marti and O.J.!!!

Dear Larry Lichlyter, Bill and I thank you very much for your efforts in getting that radio to us. We know the frustration of shipping and handling. We are also business owners. We are shipping merchandise on a regular basis. Bill likes to sing. On some of our earlier stays at the Notch properties, there was no radio. So, we thought to bring it. Needless to say, Your condo was thoroughly equipped with everything. It totally took us by surprise. Your check will be mailed today. I want to tell of the efforts your wife put into returning a candy apple red radio,cassette & cd player to us. My husband was once a professional singer. Needless to say HE STILL LOVES TO SING. His eyes lit up like a childs,he is 65, when he received his radio in the mail. Our last visit was in Oct of 2005. Time does fly. Please forgive me for not posting this sooner. Today is Oct 18, 2007. It's time for another visit. I've wanted to post the following for a very long time. ---------------------- To: "Billy and Phyllis Harper" Subject: radio Date: Wed, 9 Nov 2005 10:30:16 -0600 Hello Phyllis, I mailed your radio yesterday. I did not mail it c.o.d. as I trusted you to mail me a check. I originally took it to the UPS store for them to package & mail as I didn't have a box to fit. I about choked when they told me it would cost $27 just to pack it!! I decided I could rustle up a box & packing a lot less than that!! I went to Walmart, bought the same box they had & would have sold me for $7. I bought the box for $3, bought some bubble wrap for $4, & stuffed it with boxes I had on hand to fill it up! So here's the run-down of expenses involved... $7.45 w/tax for box & bubble wrap $19.80 for shipping priority ($2 difference for 5 day) $27.25 total cost Just mail us a check as soon as you receive it. This was our first condo rental, and our 4 children asked why we ever stayed in a regular hotel before instead of a condo. Larry and Joan had thought of everything to make us comfortable, and we will definitely pack a lot lighter next time. Thanks for the games, movies, condiments, laundry facilities and soap, etc... We also appreciated the reviews of shows and the tip to go to moonshine beach, which was the childrens' favorite activity. Thank you for this service.

We spent 7 days at the "Homestead" with our 3 children and had a great week. We loved the location, affordable rates, and having some legitimate living space for all of us to sleep, relax, play, and even prepare some meals. We enjoyed our visit to the Hacienda. It was like staying in a good friends home. Our 2yr old was able to take a nap in his own room & bed while our 8 year old played games that were provided. I had reading material & movies for the kids. The view from the deck was wonderful. Clean, roomy, & Joan has thought of everything. Laundry soap, ziplock bags in the kitchen, even condiments in the fridge. We loved our stay & truly felt at home. Thanks so much for sharing with us.

We were extremely happy with out accommodations at The Hideaway. The facilities were roomy, clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonable. We were particularly impressed with how many little things were provided for our comfort. Things like laundry soap, kitchen supplies, condiments, bathroom supplies. Interestingly, the fact that we didn't have to go out and search for all these extras was especially appreciated. We'd recommend these accommodations to anyone.

The accomodations were great. It was very nice to be able to have a quiet place to relax at the end of a busy day. We loved being able to eat breakfast out on the back deck with the children. The condo was very clean and the washer/dryer came in handy during our stay. The Hideaway was fabulous! The deck had a breathtaking view. Room to move around and extras to make our stay more comfortable. The price was very affordable. Convenient location to shows, SDC, Wal-Mart, and restaurants but out of the traffic!!

Larry & Joan, What a pleasant place to relax for a while. Joan has such a creative decorating style! We relaxed, ate, read, and enjoyed the view, mostly on the deck around the table and glider at the hideaway. My husband read and unwound from a busy schedule. I caught up on scrapbooking for my grandchildren. The little touches and thoughtfulness helped make our stay even better. Thanks for our time away and for the discount for ministers. My family and I had a great time. We stayed at the Lodge. We ate all our meals on the deck. We filled the hummingbird feeder and watched the hummingbirds. We B-B-Qued at one of the shelters. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met were very friendly. As we were leaving my one sister said when are we coming back. We definitely look forward to coming back. Larry & Joan- We have stayed in your condos twice this past year. We thoroughly enjoy our time there. We always travel with another couple, so our two kids have alot of fun with the open space of the condo vs. staying at a hotel. We really like the fact that the adults can stay up and enjoy time together after the kids go to sleep...again something we wouldn't be able to do at a hotel. Thanks for the hospitality!
