Welcome to happiness! Princesa is the best place to find it. You will have a lovely time at this fantastic resort. We have great amenities such as 3 pools one heated during the winter, a clubhouse in the middle of the resort with a fitness area, charcoal BBQ grills and a fun restaurant, Collin's. We also have a convenience store and we are right in front of the ocean. It is the perfect place for vacations.

The unit is wonderful. Coming into the unit, you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped. It has the basic appliances you will need. The cabinets are painted white, with beautiful countertops and two bar stools to have breakfast at the counter. Our dining room has a dining set with an iron glass top table and 6 iron and cushioned chairs in beige; the mood is set by the nice lamp above the table.

The living room has a set of leather sofas, a tall wood coffee table and a side table that holds a lamp. It is lighted by the awesome light coming from the outside; the sliding doors in the living room will get you out to the terrace. You will find outside furniture where you can rest and have a morning coffee or evening drink, watching the sunset or the day beach life. The master bedroom has an iron bed and two side tables with drawers to keep your items during your stay, and lamps to finish your book while you're here. This bedroom has its own bathroom with single sink vanity and a bathtub to have a relaxing bath after the long day at the beach. The second bedroom has an identical bed but queen size, also the side tables and lamps. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. There is also a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.

The view from this unit is great! You have a view of the beautiful resort, the pool areas and also the ocean. Enjoy your afternoons watching the beautiful colors of the sunset and the warm colors of the sunrise. Come to Rocky Point and stay in Princesa.
