The Princessa de Penasco is a beach front resort with many wonderful amenities. The resort was designed to emulate the shape of an arc. The arc is made up of five yellow towers that have a beautiful Old World Mexican courtyard in the center. The courtyard has several red brick walkways with flower lined grassy areas shaded by palm trees. The resort has premium amenities like 3 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi spa, and palm frond umbrellas above lounge chairs in the sand. The resort also includes a sand volleyball court where you can challenge your neighbors to a game and an ocean view fitness center that has everything you need to stay in shape. This 3 bedroom condo is located on the 5th floor of the B Tower. This condo has an ocean view and accommodations for 6 guests. In the living room you have a dark tan leather sofa and a lighter beige leather love seat. The room includes a woven floral rug, birch wood coffee table, end table and a massive media shelving unit across the way. The media unit has decorated shelves, a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. In addition the condo comes equipped with high speed wireless internet so it is simple to stay in contact with friends back home via email or face book. You can get to the enormous 5th floor terrace though a set of sliding arcadia doors in the living area. In the dining area there is a rectangular shaped birch wood table with seating for 6 upon royal blue cushioned chairs. A four bulb chandelier is hung over the table to light the room and there is a wall mounted mirror hanging between two rows of decorative ceramic plates. The room also has a wood console table with a couple decorative ceramic jars. In the kitchen there are ceramic tiled counter tops, fully stocked cabinets and black appliances. This kitchen has all the items you would need to feel as if you were cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a counter bar with two black metal bar stools off the kitchen. In the master bedroom there is a beautiful king size distressed wood bed with beige and white palm frond patterned bedding. The suite of furniture includes two matching distressed wood night stands with lamps, a mirrored console table and a large double door armoire that has a TV and a set of drawers below. This room has a very sleek and regal feel. The room is so large that it has its own cream colored sofa and tapestry art pieces adorning the walls near a set of sliding arcadia doors that open to the terrace. The master bathroom has an enormous double sink marble vanity with a view window in the center, commode, tub and shower. In the 2nd guest bedroom one whole wall is a painted mural of an underwater scene with fish, sea life and many tropical green plants. The room has a maple wood king size bed with colorful striped bedding. The wall opposite the bed has a console table with a TV / DVD and there are two bed side tables furnished with white metal lamps. The room has a large double door closet with full length mirrors and a window that views the ocean. Each side of the view window has a small double door closet. The 2nd bedroom has its own attached bathroom with a large vanity, view window, commode, shower, and tub. The 3rd guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size scalloped maple head board and quilted blue and green bedding. Both sides of the bed have a maple wood nightstand with a reading lamp and a dresser on the opposite side. There are pictures mounted on each of the walls that really bring out the colors in the room. The room has a large double mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing and a window with a view of the ocean. The 3rd hall bathroom has a tub / shower combo with a royal blue curtain and a single sink vanity with a commode. The terrace has a dining table, chairs and multiple chaise loungers. The terrace would be the perfect spot to kick back and relax with a cold beer or frozen margarita while you feel the warm ocean air kiss your skin.
