The Princessa de Penasco is a beach front resort with many wonderful amenities. The resort was designed to emulate the shape of an arc. The arc is made up of five yellow towers that have a beautiful Old World Mexican courtyard in the center. The courtyard has several red brick walkways with flower lined grassy areas shaded by palm trees. The resort has premium amenities like 3 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi spa, and palm frond umbrellas above lounge chairs in the sand. The resort also includes a sand volleyball court where you can challenge your neighbors to a game and an ocean view fitness center that has everything you need to stay in shape. There is a hand painted oil painting of colorful sunflowers on the wall above the red sofa and a lighted table on each end. The room has a stone topped coffee table a media unit filled with a large TV, DVD, VCR and more. In addition the condo also has high speed wireless internet and cable television. You can get to the terrace though the arcadia doors in the living room. In the dining room there is a round glass top table set to seat 4. There is a matching bronze light fixture hung above the table to light the area and a china cabinet loaded with porcelain collectibles. The other wall has a regal gold colored wall mounted mirror with a glass top console table below it. The room has many green silk plants placed throughout the room to give it a very inviting tropical feel. In the kitchen there are ceramic tiled counter tops with black appliances and fully stocked drawers and cupboards. This kitchen has all the items needed to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed with a beech wood carved out frame and red and beige floral bedding. The room has a matching beech wood table with a lamp on each side of the bed and a 9 drawer dresser with a wall mounted mirror and TV / DVD combo. You can hang our clothing in either of the small double door cabinets surrounding the large bay view window. There are also two smaller cabinets below for shoes or luggage. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink mirrored vanity and an additional mirrored closet on the other side. The private bathroom has a commode, shower and tub. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a dainty cherry wood and metal head board. The bedding is a pastel plaid pattern of baby blue, pink and yellow. Above the bed there is a lovely painted beach scene that really compliments the colors in the bed spread. The room has a large double door closet with full length mirrors and a window that views the courtyard. The wall opposite the bed has a dresser decorated with dried floral arrangements. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower made of travertine with a commode and single sink mirrored vanity. The terrace has a round glass top table with four matching recliner chairs. The terrace would be the perfect spot to kick back and relax with a cold beer or frozen margarita while you feel the warm ocean air kiss your skin. You should definitely dine outside in the evenings so that you can witness the world’s most beautiful sunsets. The condo comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
