Wow!!! This VIEW is as good as it gets in Myrtle Beach! This resort is located on "The Golden Mile" and in the upscale residential neighborhood of The Dunes located just off 53rd Avenue North. Beach Colony is convenient to all the sites. Our condominium is DIRECT OCEANFRONT on the 20th floor and is a corner unit with a huge balcony and extra windows. This is truly the BEST spot in Myrtle Beach!
Your family will fit comfortably into this condo. Enjoy the relaxing living room and dining room with seating for six -eight guest as you look out over the beautiful ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed and television, bedroom #2 has one queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two twins beds and television. The sofa is a sleeper as well! The condo has DVD/VCR and washer and dryer for you. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils needed to cook in and enjoy! Come create memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Sorry no motorcycles allowed per the HOA.
Beach Colony Resort has two outdoor pools, one kiddie pool, a lazy river, one indoor pool, spa, suana, hot tub, small exercise room and raquet ball courts. There are planned activities for the children (in season) and a large video/game room. There is an on-site coffee lounge with computers for your use and a pool bar. Plus the beautiful wide beach!!! This property is amazing!

Wow of a View is Right!!

The condo is on the 20th floor and the view is the best we have had in Myrtle Beach! We were able to see the fireworks display from the balcony and we could also see the fireworks display over at Broadway at the Beach out of the side window. We had 7 people in our group - 5 adults and two children (10 & 11) and we were all very comfortable in the condo. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to create a meal after a sun filled day on the beach or by the pool. One other great feature was the washer and dryer in the unit. This was great for a quick wash of the swimsuits and towels. The nice part about the location is that you are not directly in the middle of the Grand Strand so you don't have a lot of the foot traffic and noise some of the other resorts have that are located between the 2nd Avenue Pier and Pier 14. We were also within a 5-10 minute drive to get groceries and any other beach necessities. Broadway at the Beach is a must and we don't make a trip to Myrtle Beach without going to Chestnut Hill for the Sunday brunch. We love staying at the Beach Colony - it suits our needs and we enjoyed the sun, sand and surf. We were so happy to find this condo and can't wait to plan our next trip. The owner, Kellie, was very attentive and informative as our vacation date approached and the whole experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this condo at the Beach Colony Resort to any of our friends and family!!
