  It took me a year to write review, but here I am a year later looking to bring the little ones over one more time! Be patient with me, and I hope I offer some info a newby to the coast is looking to find. The condo is kept immaculately, and the caregiver was accessible anytime for us if we needed clean towels or directions or recommendations. The condo is outfitted with plenty of sleeping space, plenty of play space, and with beatiful decor. The mom and grandma fell in love with the wine decore in the kitchen, the beach cottage decor in the living room, and the kiddos fell in love with a larger-than-life-sized under-the-sea bedroom mural. We snuck in at the last minute for Spring Break 2012 due to some unlucky person's cancellation, and now I want to spend every year here! Amazing view, easy access to beach and pool and back to condo and back to beach, pool, etc... repeating several times daily. The pool was kept warm, which made such a huge difference after an hour out in the cooler March sandcastle building weather. With a 2 year old and a 6 year old, you know how it goes! The individual condo is decorated beautifully, very well kept, quiet, and has a beautiful view. Very close to some great restaurants, fun shopping, and nearby hiking. If you are looking to find "where" to start at the coast, you couldn't pick a more appropriate spot! Outside the window is a few VERY easy steps down to the beach. I didn't have to kill myself running up and down to race to the bathroom with a potty training toddler. Variety for every member of the family. My son wanted to throw pebbles into the water, so voila, the D river trickles by without the huge wave rushing my toddler out to sea. My daughter wanted to play in the sand, so voila, a few feet further to the right is a perfect stretch of soft sand to make castles out of. Mom and Grandmom wanted to comb the beach, so a few feet to the left is a huge rocky spot being washed around twice daily to the beachcombers delight! We found a wine bottle full of agates and sea shells. The winner of our contest was an agate the size of our palm. For a nice day trip, there is the Aquarium, or an ice-cream dream, or a Carousel and salt-water taffy. For those who enjoy a walk down the beach, there are even some easily accessed tidepools less than a quarter mile down the sand (without having to scour a guidebook for some unlocatable spot.) The owner is wonderful to work with, and I look forward to many more similarly great trips!

  My husband and I had a wonderful time! The condo was very comfy and cozy. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Owners were quick in answering questions and handled our reservation efficiently. We had fun at the local casino "Chinook Winds" and spent time shopping in Depoe Bay and also found a great burger joint in Taft called "Hwy 101 Burger". The owner was very outgoing and friendly and it was the best burger and fries we had eaten in a long time! Thanks Jim & Kelly for a wonderful weekend!!

When my husband and I bought the beach house, we thought it would be used primarily by our family and close friends. Then we decided to also use it for friends we haven't met yet. It's folks like you that make us glad for that decision we made. We hope we meet more friends like you and your family. We also hope you keep us in mind the next time you visit the Oregon Coast. We're glad you found Hwy 101 Burger. We found it by accident the last time we were in Lincoln City. It's a whole in the wall that doesn't hold more than about 15 people, if that many. Just for future reference, if you want a GREAT breakfast, you have to stop by the Wildflower Resturant, on the left side of Hwy 101 as you come into Lincoln City from the north end of town.
