The first time we saw this place “we were in love.” We think you will be too.
Lake Entiat on the Columbia River is located just 40 minutes to Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, & Mission Ridge, as well as 15 minutes to Desert Canyon Golf Course & 10 minutes to East Wenatchee & Wenatchee. This location truly has something for everyone. From festivals, wine tasting, golfing, water sports, winter sports, wild life, or just kicking back and relaxing, you can do it all from here.
Nestled on the shore of the Columbia River under purple sage covered basalt cliffs, this cedar built timber frame home is perfect, taking every advantage of the amazing views & fabulous sunsets; it truly brings the outdoors inside.
The main floor features panoramic views, open living space including living room with TV, blu-ray player & gas fireplace, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, office, master bedroom suite with patio, and 1 ½ baths with a huge walk in shower including rain shower and body jets.
Upstairs you will find another master bedroom suite with garden tub, gas fireplace & deck, wet bar including sink and refrigerator, recreation room with TV, pool table, ping pong, treadmill, and extra sleeping accommodations.
Outside you will find a patio with outdoor table and chairs, gas BBQ, and fire pit. To entertain the family without leaving the property we supply yard games, and sand toys. Just steps away at the water you will find a boat tie-up (launch at Lincoln Rock State Park 1 mile away), swimming dock, sandy beach, beautiful sunsets and amazing views.

Love this place. Excellent one or two family rental. Beautifully hand crafted home. Perfect location on the water. Owners are wonderful people and are on location for any needs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We rented the house for Memorial Day weekend 2012 and had a great time! The property was great for our group of 9 (2 families with 4 kids under 7). Everything was as advertised. Roger even allowed us to use his rowboat and the swim dock accomodated our ski boat (Riverside Rentals)! We did use the boat on the lake and visited several nice state and city parks. The yard had plenty of room for the kids to play and there was a small sandy beach area that was perfect. I highly recommend this property. We had never spent a weekend on Lake Entiat, but we will probably be back. The owners did stay on the property during the weekend, but we only saw them if we had a question. Thank you.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had four adults and four kids in our group and this home was a great fit. The house is beautiful with loads of nice small touches which made things comfortable and relaxing. The yard is well maintained and the shade trees and lush grass are very welcome on a hot summer day. We brought a ski boat and tied up at the mooring buoy. The dock was great for loading tons of gear and kids. The water is chilly, but glassy smooth morning and evening. There is quite a bit of milfoil along the shore but a reasonable clear area out from the dock for swimming / boating. Whether you get sand or silt at the little beach depends on the water level, which is quite variable with the dams. There is some traffic noise from Route-2 when you are outside, but we didn't find it offensive. We still preferred to eat most meals outdoors to enjoy the gorgeous weather. The owners are helpful, organized, and easy to deal with. We would do it again and recommend it for others. Visit Lincoln Rock State Park, only about a mile away, for more fun activities.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful time. The home was adequatley stocked with glasses, plastic cups, dishes, towels, bedding, and games. The location was wonderful, right on the water and there was lots of grass to play games in and there was plenty of shade and sun throughout the day. We were there on a girls trip but I would love to come back and bring my kids, they would love it. There was a nice little area to swim but bring swimming/water shoes, we found that the area was a little rocky. The only negative that we found was there was some road noise but the view and grounds definitely make up for it and after a while you kind of get used to it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Thank you Roger and Verna. Our family enjoyed this vacation so much that we all want to come back next year. It was a perfect retreat for our two families with children age 3 to 19. All the kids loved playing on the beach, kayaking, jumping off the dock, smores by the fire, playing pool and ping pong. We were all content to stay at the property, and had plenty to do to fill our days. The only thing we were missing was more time. About the owner: We have been married for over 40 years and are the proud parents of 2 amazing sons, 2 incredible daughter-in-laws, and 3 outstanding granddaughters. I guess you could call us home bodies. We enjoy family and outdoor living. After raising our family in the Seattle area, we moved to Eastern Washington in 2004. When we purchased our current home we knew we were here to stay. We feel so blessed that we believe we should share this amazing place with others.
Why the Owner Chose Entiat:
We chose this area because we have the benefits of city living in the country. There is everything we could ever want to do close by, but we feel like we are away from everything.
