Cute and Quaint 3 Bedroom home with lots to do in the area. Our home has an open floor plan of the kitchen and dining room. Enjoy a beautiful lake view out the kitchen window or while relaxing over a home cooked meal at the dining room table. Or sit out on the covered front or back porch and enjoy the cool evening lake breeze. Plenty of room for a group of family or friends. Additional parking off the street is available for your boat. We are centrally located to many activities both at the lake and in the area - such as boating, fishing, shopping, theme parks, biking and tubing.
The house sleeps up to 8 (eight) guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can also be converted to a king size bed if preferred. A den in the back has an additional full size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, cookware, dishes, flatware, microwave oven, toaster, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, cutting boards and more.
The Living room offers ample seating for conversation or watching the flat screen HD TV. Enjoy a movie on the Blue Ray DVD player. Living room sofa makes out into a full size sleeper bed.
Washer and dryer are available with laundry soap, iron and ironing board provided. A small fenced area in the back yard is also available.
We are centrally located for activities and day trips such as:
*25 miles to New Braunfels – Schlitterbahn Water Park and Wurstfest (October/November) and famous Gruene Hall for country western dancing.
*30 miles to Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld
*60 miles to Austin - “Live Music Capital” of the world.
*Wimberley Market Days – 1st Saturday of each month – 25 miles
*Outlet malls in San Marcos – 25 miles
*Tubing the Guadalupe River – 8 miles
*Fishing, boating, swimming in numerous parks on Canyon Lake
*Local restaurants in Hancock, Fisher and Canyon Lake
*45 minutes to the San Antonio River Walk
*Madrona Biking trail can be accessed from the neighborhood and offers many miles of biking along the lake shore.
*Whitewater canoeing or kayaking on the San Marcos River and Guadalupe River
*Boat rentals available through the Canyon Lake Marina – 4 miles

The weekend stay for my family and friends was so relaxing and enjoyable. The house has all the ammenities you need plus more it's pretty spacious, everyone had a bed to sleep in comfortably, the kitchen is big, and has 2 bathrooms with showers!! That was a major plus!!! The location is also convenient to get to the lake and marinas in a short drive. Again this is the best lake house we have ever stayed in and we plan on coming back next summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such a great time staying in your cabin. The treats you left for us were so nice. We had a great time cooking out, star gazing and having lots of much needed family time. We will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have lived in the area for a number of years. Canyon Lake is our favorite place in Texas. It is such a unique lake - it's deep and the water is clear and beautiful. It is always cool and refreshing for swimming and great for boating. The local parks are well maintained and there is a wide variety of things to do in the surrounding area.

We love the location and the peace and quiet. We can be active with water sports at the lake, or sit on the deck in the mornings and watch the sunrise.
