This property is located at the north end of Salisbury Beach, an area known as a year round residential area which invites a peaceful and family oriented environment. You will enjoy your vacation at the beach in this spacious, renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home.
The main level is very open and contains a large, fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave along with small appliances, pots, serving dishes and utensils. Between the kitchen and dining room is a bar perfect for a quick meal or chatting with the chef while enjoying a glass of wine. The dining and living area finish out this open area with a slider at each end that takes you out to two large decks -- one on the east side to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun then the afternoon shade, the other on the west side with marsh views. The game area is set up for working puzzles, playing cards or a challenging game of backgammon. The master bedroom, with ceiling fan and king size bed, is on this level along with a full bathroom and the washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath.
After spending the day at the beach, you can barbeque in the evening while enjoying the sunset as the children play croquet or toss a football in the oversized backyard. The house has central air conditioning and heat for your comfort any time of the year although you can also enjoy the ocean breeze coming through the sliders and many windows throughout the house.
A beach access path is conveniently located directly across the street. There is parking for 4 cars. WiFi is available. Dogs are welcome. No smoking please.
Near the border of Massachusetts and New Hampshire with easy access to Interstates 95 & 495, this home is also 1.5 miles north of downtown Salisbury Beach, 3 miles from Hampton Beach, and 15 minutes from Newburyport, MA where you will find a train station with service to Boston. Drive times: Boston – 1 hour, Portland, Maine – 1 hour 15 min, and Portsmouth, NH – 30 min.
A great place to indulge in fresh and delicious seafood is at Brown’s Lobster Pound with an open deck, fisherman style restaurant (1 mile). Other points of interest include Salisbury Beach Amusement Center and Miniature Golf for the kids which is a mile away. In Newburyport, a historic seaport, you will find art galleries, great restaurants, boutiques, the Firehouse Center for the Arts, and whale watching cruises. Enjoy Saturday night fireworks with live music in Salisbury Beach center.
