  Antler Lodge was perfect. No detail or amenity you could imagine was not carefully and thoughtfully taken care of or attended to. The location is wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated, comfortable and immaculate. Words don't describe how nice it truly is. We would go back in a minute

  Owner response: The only surprise we want our guests to have is the WOW factor as you enter through the front door. Get a ways and vacations are hard to come by and well deserved so need to be as near to perfect as possible. Being clean, finding a stocked kitchen with basic food staples, decorated in quality antiques, highend bedding and brochures for surrounding area attractions are a few of the things you will find at Antler Lodge cabin.   Love, love, love this place. The list of things we loved about it could go on and on. On the top of the list for my husband and I was the king bed and the two lovely porches. Our son and one of our daughters loved the binoculors and getting to explore the property. Our oldest girls loved the soft blankets and neat decorations. We loved the open layout and natural light. Like I said our list of loves could go on and on. I've already raved about the place to all my facebook friends and they begged for details. I cant wait to come back, I am already trying to decide what days to book for a mommy and daddy only get away.

  We really enjoyed Antler Lodge for our family vacation! The decor was wonderful and anything you needed was right there and easy to find. We loved looking at all the details that Sarah took the time to decorate the lodge with. It seemed like every day we found something new we hadn't seen before. It was a quiet location and close to the marina. Just absolutely wonderful and hope to be able to go back again someday!

  Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at Antler Lodge. Everything was easy to find in the house and the place was decorated neatly. We really enjoyed our time there and Sarah was great to work with when we had questions about what was available in the area. The book that Sarah has put together on the area is a great help. Thanks for a great week of fun and relaxation!

In Shell Knob you can get a massage or manicure, shop at the Red Barn, then have lunch at the tearoom type atmosphere of Icy Maes or Nonnas Nummies. Either is a tasty choice.   We were blown away when we walked in the door of the cabin the decorations are amazing! You could spend hours walking around looking at all the different animals, pictures and wall hangings. The Christmas trees were also gorgeous! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed PLUS more. The cabin is definately kid friendly. There were movies and games for the older kids and they even had a booster seat and baby gate for our toddler. They have thought of everything!! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on I could not wait to go to bed every night. My 5 year old son loved the doorbell with the animal sounds. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porches or around the fire pit. It is so peaceful and quiet and definately what we needed. With 3 kids we are on the go all the time and it was so nice to be able to slow down and relax. We can not wait to go back!!!

  This was the most amazing place I've ever stayed at. The pictures do it no justice! We had a wonderful time grilling out, sitting by the fire-pit, and sleeping in the MOST comfortable bed in the world. They have honestly thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay from a fully stocked kitchen to bandaids :) I would reccomend this place for any occasion from a family vaction to a romantic weekend. I would rate it 6 stars!!! I am looking forward to booking a weekend this winter, I'm sure it would be beautiful!

  From the time we entered until we walked out all we could say was WOW! When we walked in the front door we knew we had found the perfect place for us. The subtle lighting that you had on waiting for us made us feel like someone knew what we was needing. My boyfriend is a hunter and he walked around for over an hour just looking at the decor saying wow, what talent. He was so amazed that he wants to come back in December for the Shell Knob Christmas Tour of Homes just to see how you've decorated it. We can't wait to meet both of you then, plus we want to book the cabin after you've decorated for another relaxing weekend. We both live very hectic lives and when we stayed at your lodge we was able to relax. We set by the fire pit, made fried apple pies over the fire, drank hot apple cider and really didn't want to go in. But when we crawled in the comfortable bed with the soft sheets, we didn't regret it. I haven't slept that good in a long time. Setting on the porch drinking our coffee the next morning made us both realize that staying here is something we need to do on a regular basis.

  This is a fantastic home away from home nestled among beautiful Ozark trees on Table Rock Lake. Everything was immaculate and everything you would need and more was provided. The owner was extremely thoughtful and efficient. We felt like we were good friends just from talking over the phone and on email. This is a perfect hideaway for relaxation or if you want adventure, it is close to the lake for water activities or fishing or hiking through the wooded trails. We really enjoyed the fire pit where we had hot dogs and smores! We had steaks one night, fixed on a really nice grill, and fresh fish one night. Inside the cabin you would think you were at Bass Pro only better. Wild life is everywhere in the spacious ceiling decorations and all lamp stands and wall hooks made from antlers. This cabin is really unique. We plan to go again next year and will be telling all of our friends about it.

  Your little cabin in the woods is so much fun. We loved the decor, the comfy beds and the wonderful pine smell. The furnishings are beautiful. The whole atmosphere couldn't be more cozy and relaxing.

  Owner response: Thank you so much Terry! Our favorite time at the lake is Fall, when the leaves begin turning and the hillsides are full of vivid colors. We like taking scenic drives to Eureka Springs AR, Roaring River State Park or Branson. There's nothing more relaxing than sitting around a campfire on a cool afternoon and watch for eagles, deer or fox. If I had to come up with a few words to describe Fall at the cabin......... maybe a sense of inner peace.

  This was our first time to rent from vrbo. If this is any indication of how the other homes are, I will be renting from vrbo from now on!! We had a great time . The pics do not do the property justice. It was much more than I expected. The house is beautiful inside and out! When you go inside you have the feel that you are in a Hunting Lodge from 1928 as the sign on the wall says. If vacationing in the area this would be a great home to rent!
