  I stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration with five of my girlfriends! We had a wonderful time spending the days on the huge lania floating in the sun-drenched pool as well as sun bathing on the lounge chairs on the dock awesome dock. My family and I have been renting in Marco Island for more than 20 years and this house is BY FAR THE BEST. The home is well equipped with everything a vacationer needs, and then som; it is NOT a "stripped-down" rental home as some of the others I've rented! We'll definitely be back!

  The neighbors begged us not to let the world know how great life is on Marco Island but we will anyway. The home is even better than described on VRBO - the photos do not do it justice. It is located on a very quiet cul de sac yet close enough to restaurants and shopping. The furnishings are all top quality and you feel right at home instantly. The pool table is a great diversion for rainy days or too many sunny days. Great kitchen with all the tools, implements, dishes, glasses and silverware you can imagine with both formal and casual indoor and shady outdoor dining areas. If you aren't going to Marco to cook, there are tons of terrific indoor and outdoor dining spots on Marco or Naples is easily drivable for dinner out. The owner has assembled a nice collection of menus to get you started; do not miss Little Bar, about 3 miles up the road toward the Everglades in Goodland with famous local stone crabs and the freshest grouper anywhere. But the stars of the show are definitely the sparkling clear pool, the hot tub and the lanai, all overlooking the dock and canal with dolphins and rays swimming past. This spacious, immaculate home by far exceeds others we have rented in Palm Beach and Fort Myers and we found it to be an excellent value for the price.

  The home was a true vacation dream for our families! The space was beautiful and the lanai was a vacation in itself. Kids enjoyed swimming daily and the adults enjoyed the lovely furnishings and view of the canals. Did see dolphins almost daily and did see a mother manatee and her baby swim by the dock. Property was clean and the owners provided great assistance when we arrived. Marco Island was a nice size island to get around on. The home was very close to the south beach and we enjoyed many great restaurants while we stayed. The dad's and thier son's enjoyed a day of back water fishing with Captain Ted from Rose Marina and then Cocomo's prepared our fresh fish for dinner that evening. I would highly recommend both the fishing guide and the restaurant. A week went by so quickly, would love to come back again someday!

  Our families had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and the lanai was a vacation in itself! We were able to see dolphins and a mother manatee with her baby swim by the dock. Our son and his cousin enjoyed fishing off the dock and the rental also had a kayak for a peaceful journey around the canals.

  we enjoyed staying in this home. It is very well kept and neatly appointed. The owner is close by for any questions or problems which we had none. It is conveniently located to Beach, shopping, and groceries. There are two very nice bikes provided. The pool is kept at a perfect temp for swimming anytime. We enjoyed seeing dolphins swimming very near the dock. This home is situated in a way that you have a panoramic, beautiful view of the water but are not looking into other peoples houses and they are not looking into yours. Your privacy is protected. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay

  This was our "third" stay in this beautiful, top-notch, vacation rental. The owners were wonderful to work with and their support staff "Jay" was quick to respond to any questions we had once on the property. I would recommend a stay here if you are planning a family get-a-way. There is space enough for everyone to enjoy some privacy and a large kitchen and dining area for spending meal times together. The pool, jaccuzi, patio with grill, dock with great fishing, kayak, and bikes allowed us all to enjoy the great Marco weather outdoors. The billiards, TV and stereo gave us all a little downtime in the evenings to enjoy eachother. A beautiful island, a wonderful home with a great view and owners who care about keeping their home one you'll want to return to.

  We had 7 adults and 4 smaller grandchildren and there was plenty of space for all. We enjoyed the pool and especially our afternoon on the dock fishing during naptime. The kitchen is very well stocked as well. Hope to come back some day!

  My family and I stayed at this home from 7/07/12 to 7/14/12. My experience from first inquiring about this home with Cindy, to leaving on the 14th of July, was exceptional. Cindy and her staff were excellent in every aspect of the homes rental. The home itself, was awesome, and my family enjoyed the home, pool, and dock area for which we used for boating. We had six adults and six children and found this home to be perfect for our vacation needs. We too saw dolphins from the dock area on several occasions and liked the view from the pool area. If you want a home that will accommodate a fairly large family - this is the one. The home was close to just about everything on the island - sorry we had to leave - look forward to coming back -- Thanks again Cindy

  Our family of 5 + has vacationed throughout the country for over 25 years. We always stay in rental homes. We have stayed on Marco on previous two vacations. This house rivals the best of the best. It is spacious, the amenities are more than ever expected, and the attention to detail is to be marveled at. This home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Our young men were able to fish right off the dock. They enjoyed the pool, pool table, and the canoe. It was wonderful to see a small cooler available when my daughter and son-in-law went to the beach. The bikes were a great addition. The kitchen has everything you may need and more. We loved having the outside bathroom. It kept the house neat after using the pool/hot tub. We will be back next summer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

  Our journey began last year to plan a week of spring break vacation to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grandhildren in Marco Island.We have 4 married children and 9 grandchildren(ages 4mo. to 14 yrs.) We surprised the older grandchildren at Christmas about this spring break vacation in Marco. My husband and I had been coming down to Marco for several years and our children singly by the year. We were looking for a spacious home that would be family friendly and spacious. The two older families stayed in condos on the beach 5-10 minutes away but joined us everyday to have fun and spend time together. This home far exceded what we thought possible.The location(south end) was quiet and yet very near grocery stores,etc. The large pool and beautiful fishing dock were daily the hub of Fun! Fun! Fun! We seen dolphins daily and fishing was great! Inside the large kitchen,entertainment area with pool table were great and used daily. This home was so beautifully decorated and stocked with the best appliances,etc. we've ever encountered. My husband took one day and chartered a fishing trip with the guys and we took one half day to take the entire family to the everglades for airboat rides to see the alligators(only half hour away). We so enjoyed the large outside seating area and TV for meals and relaxing. The weather was sunny and 80's everyday. We'll always cherish this week of family fun being together in such a wonderul setting. Thank You Cindy!!!! You were so helpful and kind. The house was sooo clean and welcoming to all.
