Surfin’ Safari was built in 2005 and sits just a stone’s throw from the Atlantic Ocean. This 2nd row duplex has gorgeous, unobstructed ocean views, so that you, your family and your guests can truly enjoy your beach experience all day and all night. Surfin’ Safari provides private beach access, making getting to the beach easy and convenient.
This remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex sleeps 10 and has high-speed Internet with WIFI, so that no matter where you are in this beachfront oasis, you can still get connected. Surfin’ Safari also provides a DVD and televisions in every bedroom. The main floor living room is also is equipped with a 36” television, an Xbox game console, and DVD players are throughout the duplex.
You can treat yourself to a great dining experience at one of Topsail Island’s outstanding restaurants, or enjoy cooking for your family and guests in a spacious, fully stocked kitchen. Surfin’ Safari has table settings for 10, or some of your party can enjoy their meal listening to the sound of the waves gently breaking on the shore from the convenience of the ocean front deck, which is equipped with a patio table and seating for four.
Lower Level: The lower level has a carport for two vehicles and additional parking in the large driveway. There’s a warm water large outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet after a fun filled day at the beach. Just across the access road is a private boardwalk that takes you across the dunes and beach grass to the secluded sandy beach that leads to the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
1st Level: This level boasts the Master Suite with a queen size bed and a private Master Bath. A stylish armoire conceals the 32” television and DVD player. Mom and dad can watch one of the expanded cable channels or catch a movie before retiring for the night. Two other bedrooms are on this level for the youngsters, each with a bunk bed and a trundle, so that each of these bedrooms sleeps three. Both bedrooms also have a 27” television and DVD player. There’s also a full bathroom and stackable washer/dryer on this level for your convenience. Outdoor deck access is available from each bedroom on this level. Enjoy your morning coffee as you overlook the ocean views from the Master Bedroom deck. The decks from the other two bedrooms provide a great view of the sound, so you can watch the boats come and go along the Intercoastal Waterway.
2nd Level: This inviting level boasts fabulous ocean views from the kitchen, living room and oceanfront deck. A patio table and four chairs are on the oceanfront deck, which is a great place to enjoy breakfast or simply take in the beauty of the Carolina coast. The kitchen is fully equipped, so that any chef would feel at home. The dining room table sits eight, while two additional chairs provide eating space for two at the kitchen counter. The living room has an impressive armoire, which conceals a 36” television, DVD player and Xbox game console. Board games are also available for family fun when you just want to stay home. This level also boasts a 4th bedroom with access to an outer deck with views of the Intercoastal Waterway. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and matching armoire, concealing a 32” television and a DVD player. A full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, and a desk is tucked away to allow for getting some work done or simply surfin’ the net away from the rest of the family.

Your check-in location and key pick-up is at a Surf City office. Linen may be rented for 3-4 bedrooms or you may bring your own. The property is pet friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet ( no more than 2 dogs are allowed and each under 50 lbs). Please note that reservations with pets must pay the Security Deposit and ARE NOT eligible for the Damage Waiver. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Maximum occupancy is 10 at any time.
