  My husband and I stayed here for our 5yr anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it! The property was perfect for him and I to get away. Being just a short walk away from the beach was wonderful, and the property was very clean and well kept. I would recommend this property to friends and family anytime! The owner is very kind, and quick to respond to any question you may have!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  This condo is VERY convenient to the beach and pool. We always love staying at Sandpiper and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. This is a great condo for the price. We'll be back!

  This rental property was exactly what my buddies and I were looking for on our trip to Destin. It's an affordable place, not super luxurious or huge, but it's nice. The owner was great to deal with and when VRBO caused some confusion with my security deposit, he was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved.

  My sister and I stayed in the condo for a week. The location is very close to the ocean and pool. We were at both every day - very easy walk. The condo was clean and ideal for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable!! The TV is a new and can be seen from every part of the condo. The owner answered all our questions and was very accomadating. He even made sure an electrical light was replaced while we were there. The only thing needed was a dresser for our clothes, however, I understand they are close to the completion of remodeling everything. Just make sure drawers are available for your clothes. The total complex was very clean and well maintained. The pool is great and has plenty of chairs and tables. It is easy to walk to stores -- if you like yogurt -- go to Yogurt Mountain! I would recommend this condo and return myself!

  Perfect time to visit! Not crowded. Perfect for 2 people. The beach is just a short walk across the road. Owner answered all my questions and texts and emails. Would stay here again.

  This was a great place to stay for our mini vacation. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Sandpiper cove is a awesome place to stay! This unit is just a short walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back for our next destin trip!

  Everything room, location, welcoming was near perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the condo and highly recommend this vocation rental. We will definately stay again!

  The unit was perfect for our romantic getaway. Owner was great to work with and worked with us above and beyond when we weren't sure we would be able to make our trip happen. Would love to rent this unit again and would without hesitation.

  This was my first time vacationing in Destin and it was a great time. The condo looks great and is really close to the beach. One of the many pools is right outside the door. Sandpiper Cove is a nice complex and the studios are a good bargain. The kitchen in the condo was fully stocked and it was a lifesaver since we had a 1 year old. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions. Overall the communication was great and I would definitely stay again.

  My son and I stayed here for a week in mid October. The owner was great to work with. Very quick to respond. I like this location on Holiday Isle, it's quite but not far from the heart of things, 5 min drive to Harborwalk. The unit was nice and clean, newly painted, and had a new bathroom. This unit has WiFi (owner will provide you with the code. Has a 37" flat screen TV that is mounted on the wall and can swivel so it can be watched from the couch or bed. The exterior of most of the condos at Sandpiper show a little age and need some paint but other than that Sandpiper is a nice condo complex unit with free 9 hole golf, fun for something to do, par 3. We were also able to do a little fishing of the marina behind the restaurant. This unit is close to the beach, just cross the street which isn't busy plus there is a light and cross walk. One pool is heated which is not far.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
