The textured walls have just been freshly painted and the property is furnished with all new upscale furniture, beautiful décor, and brand new stainless steel appliances. I have designed this property with the look and feel of a true vacation get-away and I keep that in mind when I decorate.I never give up comfort for luxury and style when designing & decorating.

My properties share NO reminders of any decor that is common-place. It's Vacation Time!
Why be on your long awaited vacation and everything around you has an "at-home" or a lived in look. I provide ALL the necessities that you would have at home but with all of the luxuries one would expect for a beautiful Florida vacation destination.

This condo is very light, bright and airy and every detail is designed with beautiful colors, tropical designs, and patterns. All of the furniture and decor, that I have purchased for this property, were carefully chosen and nicely upscaled, not what you would normally see in many rental properties or even most hotels. The feel of this unit is very inviting with all of the comfort, you deserve, for your long awaited vacation.

THE LIVING ROOM-The Living Room is beautifully furnished with all new upscale furniture,features a large queen-size sleeper sofa,a comfortable matching chair.The armoire houses the new 25" TV with remote and Cable and new DVD.

THE KITCHEN-The Kitchen offers all new upscale appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator ,new dishwasher that has all the bells and whistles,new smooth-top range with self-cleaning oven with the additional features and a microwave mounted above the range.The cabinetry and countertops are all brand new and the kitchen is fully equipped with all new kitchen ware, glasses, pots and pans, silverware and also small appliances.The dinnerware is service for eight[8].I have also added beautiful Plantation Blinds to the kitchen window. There is a washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen in a separate area.

-THE MASTER SUITE-The Master Suite is tastefully decorated in beautiful tropical furniture that includes an armoire with a 25" TV with a remote and Cable,DVD and VCR along with six [6]drawer dresser nightstand and a matching mirror.There is a large walk-in closet with shelving.The KING-size bed is fitted with beautiful bedding and all new linens as well.There is a new clock/radio and a cordless phone.
The master has a full bath off the master suite that features a large walk-in shower.

-THE GUEST BEDROOM-The Guest Bedroom features a queen-size bed,six[6]drawer dresser,chest of drawers,half dresser night-stand.The bedding I carefully chose to compliment the bedroom in color and patterns in a tropical theme.I have just added a new TV with Cable and DVD,with remote.There is an extra-large walk-in closet as well in this bedroom as well and is adjacent to a newly remodeled bathroom.


-ADDITIONAL AMENITIES-Hair Dryer,beach chairs,beach blanket,full supply of Beach towels,cooler,car washing area and unlimited local phone service.For long distance you must use your cell phone or calling card.Offered are 2 phones with answering system.-Games-For rainy day entertainment.

-The Spectacular Ocean Views are included with your rental.

-CHILD FRIENDLY-I make sure that all 5 of our properties are all child friendly.Being a parent of a child I know and understand what kids want.The guest bedroom has TV with VCR and Cable with Disney Channel,Cartoon Channel and more.There are video stores nearby where you can rent movies for the kids.Besides the games we provide there are beach toys for the children as well.

-AREA INFORMATION-As my guest,just before,the arrival date,I provide visitor information: Dining,Attractions,Entertainment,Festivals &
Events,Recreation,Weather,Maps,Transportation,Specialty Shopping,
Night-Life and a Business Directory.

-I OWN 5 VACATION PROPERTIES-If I am booked for the time frame you plan on,please note that I may have availability in my 4 other upscale oceanfront condominiums that I offer in Ormond By The Sea.

My condominium AND the Seabridge North Building are equipped and maintained with sprinklers, alarm systems, and smoke detectors and meet all safety and fire code requirements of Volusia County.

  • My two sisters and I spent a very pleasant week at Seabridge North. I was hesitant about renting a place on line, but after this experience and dealing with The Moriarty's, I am much more comfortable about doing so. Our Unit was quite comfortable, nicely furnished and maintained. It was equipped with everything one would need...just like home only better with the beautiful ocean steps away from the door. A safe, pleasant, less expensive alternative to a hotel--my husband and I would like to escape the nasty New York winter for a month or so. This place would be ideal!!

  • This was our first stay at Seabridge North and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Our 11 year old daughter was very happy in her own bedroom. The beach was so nice and so "uncrowded" - we couldn't have been happier. We loved the feeling of being in the country, but yet so close to so many fun things to do. We especially enjoyed our visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Thanks for everything!

  • This was our second year at Seabridge and we love it. We have a 3 and 5 year old and it is a perfect first floor setting. It is clean and very convenient to everything! We cook in a couple of nights and go out to eat and some wonderful places. The other residents in the condo are also very friendly! We highly recommend it!

  • This condo is beautifully appointed. It was very convienient to the beach and pool. Unfortunately, because it is on the first floor the view is somewhat obstructed by the natural vegetation between the condo and the beach. However, the relaxing location makes it well worth the rental. I highly recommend this property, Barbara is wonderful to work with.

  • I have stayed at many hotels in The Daytona area and actually lived here for a short while. I stayed here for the Daytona 500 in 2005. I was so impressed by this condo that we are coming back Oct 2005, Feb and March 2006. This is by far a better more upscale, cleaner and nicer way to stay.
