My husband and I absolutely loved the condo. We've stayed in many other condos before, but this one is wonderful! Everything you need is there. The pictures do not give it justice. The beach is literally steps away. It's also very secluded. Don't need to worry about crowds! Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean is so relaxing as well as drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Stores and restaurants are very close. The owner is outstanding. Very helpful with anything and everything. We plan on staying again. If your looking for a very nice condo to stay, this is the place. We're glad we found it!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband & I were very surprised at how wonderful the condo building and condo itself actually is. The pictures do not give it justice. We have stayed in many condos before and this one by far exceeded our expectations. If you don't like crowded beaches, this is the one to rent! Everything you can think of is in the condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean is very relaxing. It's a nice and quiet place for a getaway. Restaurants and stores are very close. The owner is very helpful and very easy to work with. We loved our stay and would definately stay there again.

Ormond Beach Condo

The condo is exactly as described in the listing. Clean, updated, quiet, plenty of towels and bed linens, and even has beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Wonderful, quiet location. Perfect vacation spot for splitting time between the beach, the pool and area attractions. The owner was helpful and answered questions promptly. I have already recommended the property to other family and plan on returning with my husband and children in the future.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My two sisters and I spent a very pleasant week at Seabridge North. I was hesitant about renting a place on line, but after this experience and dealing with The Moriarty's, I am much more comfortable about doing so. Our Unit was quite comfortable, nicely furnished and maintained. It was equipped with everything one would need...just like home only better with the beautiful ocean steps away from the door. A safe, pleasant, less expensive alternative to a hotel--my husband and I would like to escape the nasty New York winter for a month or so. This place would be ideal!!

This was our first stay at Seabridge North and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Our 11 year old daughter was very happy in her own bedroom. The beach was so nice and so "uncrowded" - we couldn't have been happier. We loved the feeling of being in the country, but yet so close to so many fun things to do. We especially enjoyed our visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Thanks for everything!

This was our 5th year going to Ormond Beach for Spring Break, and our first stay at Seabridge Condo 108. The unit was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. This was our second year at Seabridge and we love it. We have a 3 and 5 year old and it is a perfect first floor setting. It is clean and very convenient to everything! We cook in a couple of nights and go out to eat and some wonderful places. The other residents in the condo are also very friendly! We highly recommend it!

This condo is beautifully appointed. It was very convienient to the beach and pool. Unfortunately, because it is on the first floor the view is somewhat obstructed by the natural vegetation between the condo and the beach. However, the relaxing location makes it well worth the rental. I highly recommend this property, Barbara is wonderful to work with.

I have stayed at many hotels in The Daytona area and actually lived here for a short while. I stayed here for the Daytona 500 in 2005. I was so impressed by this condo that we are coming back Oct 2005, Feb and March 2006. This is by far a better more upscale, cleaner and nicer way to stay.

Our stay at Seabridge North was fantastic. This was our 10th SpringBreak there in Ormond and the condo was one of the best we've had. Barbara has it furnished beautifully and stocked with everything you need- beach towels, chairs, cooler, etc. When you book a condo on-line you're always a little skeptical, but this condo is great; the pictures don't lie!

I would like to say that I was very worried about booking a condo on line not knowing if the pictures would truly be recent photos. Barbara went that extra mile to make sure that I felt 100% comfortable with my decision. I loved unit #108. I cannot stop thinking about how wonderful my vacation was this year. Not only was this 2 bdrm condo very comfortable and clean,(kitchen is easy to use and well stocked) it is an ideal spot quiet and yet cloese to many things.The Moriarties are good people to trust for a rental.

We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years for bike week and have it reserved for next year as well. The condo is more than anyone could expect, it was very clean and had every possible thing you could need. By far this was better than staying in any local hotel, we highly recommend Barbara's condo's as a place to stay. You just can't have it for bike week, we intend on making this a yearly event.
