That old saying, location, location, location still holds true today. The Lighthouse is located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the popular Sea & Suds restaurant, the new and improved Hangout, shopping, restaurants, concerts and of course sits directly on the beach.
Amenities at the Lighthouse seem endless. Heated indoor pool for winter guest, two outdoor pools (including a zero entry for the little guest) hot tubs, gulf front workout room, sauna, wireless internet, covered parking and on-site management. Above all, the spectacular view from the private balcony, which is what sold me the moment I walked outside.
Step inside unit 1103 to a king size master suite with private entry to gulf front balcony. Master has a new flat screen tv with new bedding. Master also contains a large walk-in closet, double vanities, whirlpool tub, and a seperate glass enclosed shower.
Living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, new flat screen tv, dvd, vcr and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped just in case you decide to cook and dine in on the balcony.
The bunk bed room sleeps two and is directly across from it's own private bath.

My husband and I enjoyed spending our Anniversary at this condo. The condo was just the right size for us and in a great location. The owner was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again on the next trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We REALLY enjoyed our 5 night stay @ this one bedroom with 2 bunk condo. Fit our family of 5 so well with the 2 bathrooms. LOVED the "heavy water pressure" in Master shower and the whirlpool TUB. The balcony "rocked" our breakfast every morning and late afternoon suntans were perfect! The master bed was beyond comfortable!! The decor is too cute! I will be very happy to rent it again and again!! thanks, Sandy!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and by far the BEST! This condo was so comfortable and perfect for our family of four. We loved the large couch, patio furniture, and the flat screen tvs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all was Sandy; she made us feel like we were a part of her family. Thank you for making our visit so special. You are one of a kind!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wonderful condo - updated, clean and so comfortable. Excellent view! Listing very accurate. Sandy is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend for small family or couple. We dined both at Villaggios at the Warf and Cosmos.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such a great visit. The condo was decorated so bright and cheerful. Everything we needed was there. We have small children so the bunkbeds and zero-entry pool were wonderful!!! It's also the closest condo to the elevator (another bonus for loading/unloading) And the walk to the beach was no problem (we've stayed at other condos where there was a VERY long walk to the ocean... which def won't work with small children. Not the case here though!) In addition, the location was perfect... we could easily get to all of our favorite places. We will be coming back again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Thank you for visiting my site. I am Sandy Walker from Scottsboro Alabama,. Which is located between Huntsville Alabama and Chattanooga Tenn. My gift you might say, is caring for the eldely. I owned and operated an assisted living facility known as Rose Wood Manor for many years. . After selling my business, turning 50, and my only son leaving for college, I thought now is the time for that perfect home away from home. The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area has always been a place I loved visiting. The people are super friendly, food is great, view is totally awesome and I can't forget that beautiful, sandy, white beach I love so much. After spending several months in the area looking at property and talking to the locals. I knew without a doubt, Gulf Shores/Orange Beach was where I wanted to spend the second phase of my life. I also have a Caribe unit in Orange Beach if interested.
