This NEW Tropic Winds 3 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom 6th floor condo has views that you just dream of. Just minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are located 2 miles west of Pier Park on the quiet went end of the beach. It is a perfect retreat whether your looking for family time, a fun filled vacation, a relaxing quiet time or a romantic getaway.
Upon arrival you will park in your OWN assigned parking space just a few feet from the elevators....no pulling luggage across the street or a sky bridge. You then enter the condo wit a keyless code entry system - no waiting for keys or to check in.
The kitchen is completely ready and waiting for you with everything you will need. We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience a FREE beach service... two chairs and an umbrella that are set up for you each morning on the beach. All you have to do is show up! We have extra Beach Chairs and Beach Towels in the condo for your use.
Our complex also offers many great amenities. We have a lovely outdoor pool, a sauna, an exercise room facing the Gulf, 2 new charcoal Grills and a beach side outdoor hot tub.
When you're ready to get out there and join the excitement, you are minutes away from any place you would want to go. Just down the road is Pier Park, a new open air complex right on Front Beach Road with extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. The largest retail center in Northwest Florida, it is home to familiar retailers, but also offers many small local shops with unique gifts and treasures for all. With its beautifully landscaped walking paths, a kiddies amusement park during much of the year, a park for summer concerts and festivals - like the Summer Concert Series and Seabreeze Jazz Festival, and The Southern Theater’s Grand Theater which offers 16 movie theaters, there is something for everyone. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. So close and convenient to beach, shopping, food and drink. Shuckems is great for baked oysters. Try the Texas BBQ oysters. Must go to Uncle Ernie's in Panama City dining &excellent Key Lime Pie & a gorgeous sunset, & great service. Pier Park for fun window shopping or goofy souvenirs. "Ms Kewyks" is wild 'n crazy for drinks. The beach is amazing. Good weather, nice water, calm surf, clear water (saw dolphins & manta ray). Great night walks! We enjoyed the condo very much - It lovely. The views are amazing. Our kids ages 7 & 10 didn't want to do anything other than play at the beach- and who can blame them. The Dolphins and Rays are great to watch. We had no parking issues. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here. Really enjoyed your condo. Very clean and close to Winn Dixie to stock up. Beach is beautiful and Great to have the Beach Chairs and Umbrella daily. Parasail is a must !! Really want to say thank you to the owners . Your condo was just perfect ! Very well appointed . The pictures of your condo are spot on ! Was very clean ! Love the view ! Cooking in condo was a pleasure . Dinner out at several of PCB restaurants were very good but the wait is long unless you go early ! Aquatic Adventures was very informative and the para-sailing was a blast ! We stayed at this lovely condo for 3 months and enjoyed every minute of it. We put a Christmas tree up at Christmas time -- we had more then enough room for family and friends to stay for days at a time. We were close to all the shopping and fun events in PCB and we met some lovely people while we were there. We also spent many days out on the spacious balcony reading and enjoying the sights of nature. There was nothing lacking in this condo - they even had a tea kettle and tea pot.
